【摘要】:我国经济发展迅速,对道路交通的负担越来越重,同时汽车产业的发达造成了大量废旧轮胎难以处理,也给环境保护造成巨大压力。近年来废胶粉改性沥青在道路建设方面表现出优异的性能,为我国公路建设质量的提高有重要作用,同时也为废旧轮胎的处理提供了新的思路,但是橡胶沥青本身仍具有很多缺陷和局限性。本文针对废胶粉改性沥青本身的问题及其原因,改用脱硫橡胶制备改性沥青。采用中胶橡胶资源再生有限公司生产的20目和30目废胶粉,通过双螺杆挤出机制备脱硫橡胶,对脱硫橡胶进行溶胶含量测试,相对分子量测试,红外光谱测试等一系列表征后,探索挤出工艺及配方对橡胶脱硫的影响,确定其中具体样品的溶胶含量。选用中海油滨州炼油厂生产的AH-70沥青,使用实验室湿法工艺制备脱硫橡胶改性沥青。测试了脱硫橡胶改性沥青的三大指标,布氏旋转黏度以及存储稳定性,通过荧光显微镜观测沥青内部的微观结构,利用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)分析沥青中橡胶的分散性。通过对实验数据的分析以及与传统废胶粉改性沥青的性能对比,探索脱硫橡胶改性沥青的性能优势以及与橡胶溶胶含量的关系。所得主要结论如下:(1)双螺杆挤出机温度升高,转速降低能够提高橡胶脱硫效果,主反应区适宜温度为280℃,可以通过改变转速控制橡胶脱硫程度。脱硫剂和松焦油用量变化也会影响脱硫效果,脱硫剂最佳用量为2%,松焦油最佳用量为4%。所用胶粉粒径越细,脱硫效果越好。(2)脱硫橡胶改性沥青中脱硫橡胶份数添加份数可达30%。在改性时使用溶胶含量较高的脱硫橡胶,可以得到黏度更低的沥青,存储稳定性也会明显改善,但是高温稳定性变差。脱硫后橡胶在沥青中的分散性明显提高。(3)脱硫橡胶与普通废胶粉共同使用,可以相互弥补二者在改性沥青上的缺陷和不足,使改性沥青具有二者共同的优势。
[Abstract]:China's rapid economic development, the burden of road traffic is becoming more and more heavy, and the development of automobile industry has caused a large number of waste tires difficult to deal with. In recent years, asphalt modified by waste rubber powder has shown excellent performance in road construction, which plays an important role in improving the quality of highway construction in China. At the same time, it also provides a new idea for the treatment of waste tires, but rubber asphalt itself still has many defects and limitations. This paper aims at the problems and causes of waste rubber powder modified asphalt itself. Desulphurized rubber was used to prepare modified asphalt. The desulfurized rubber was prepared by twin-screw extruder using 20 mesh and 30 mesh waste rubber powder produced by medium rubber resource regeneration co., Ltd. The sol content of desulfurized rubber was tested. After a series of characterization, such as relative molecular weight test, infrared spectrum test and so on, the influence of extrusion technology and formula on rubber desulfurization was explored. The sol content of the specific samples was determined. The AH-70 asphalt produced by CNOOC Binzhou Refinery was selected. The desulfurized rubber modified asphalt was prepared by wet process in laboratory. Three indexes, Brinell rotation viscosity and storage stability, were tested, and the microstructure of the asphalt was observed by fluorescence microscope. The dispersion of rubber in asphalt was analyzed by rubber processing analyzer (RPA). Through the analysis of experimental data and performance comparison with traditional asphalt modified with waste rubber powder. To explore the performance advantages of desulfurized rubber modified asphalt and its relationship with rubber sol content. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) the increase of temperature and the decrease of rotating speed of twin-screw extruder can improve the desulfurization effect of rubber.
