港口施工危险源评价研究

【摘要】：最近几年以来,我国的港口工程在质与量上都有了飞快的发展,但施工建设过程中的生产施工安全问题也更加突出。本文借鉴国内外建筑施工尤其是港口施工方面关于危险源辨识和控制的经验与研究成果,经过一系列的调研活动,以危险源辨识及评价过程为主线,围绕港口施工危险源评价方法的应用进行了研究。文章首先对危险源辨识和评价的方法进行分析,分析这些方法对港口施工危险源评价的适用性,选择了安全检查表法及作业条件危险性评价法对港口工程施工建设的危险源进行辨识和评价。将港口施工分为水上作业及陆域作业两部分,对各部分工作按照分项工作进行划分,通过研究每个施工环节的施工流程、施工工艺和所涉及的机械设备,结合港口施工的工程特点,总结出港口施工中的安全问题及危险源特点。进而得出港口施工危险源风险因素的辨识清单,并在此基础上,利用LEC法,对辨识清单的内容进行定性和定量评价,实现了港口施工重大危险源风险分级,提出了危险源管理的控制措施,通过案例对危险源辨识和评价的方法进行应用分析,取得了较好的实际效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's port engineering in quality and quantity has a rapid development, but the production safety problems in the construction of the construction process are more prominent. Based on the domestic and foreign construction especially in port construction on hazard identification and control experience and research results, after a series of research activities the hazard identification and evaluation of the process as the main line, focus on the application of the port construction hazard evaluation method is studied. Firstly, the method of hazard identification and assessment are analyzed, analysis of the applicability of these methods to evaluate port construction hazard, choose the safety check list method and the operating conditions of risk evaluation method the source of danger in construction of port engineering construction identification and evaluation. The port construction is divided into two parts work on water and land operation, each part of the work in accordance with the division of work item Through the construction process, each link of construction, construction technology and related equipment, combined with the engineering characteristics of port construction, summed up the problems of security and hazard characteristics of port construction. Then identify a list of port construction hazard risk factors, and on this basis, using LEC method, qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the identification of the contents of the list, the port construction of major hazard risk classification, puts forward the control measures of hazard management, application analysis through case of hazard identification and evaluation, achieved good practical results.
