【摘要】:我国半数桥梁达到二十年的使用年限,加之标准荷载的递增变更,公路等级的提高升级,旧有桥梁的安全性、适用性及耐久性问题日渐凸显。本文基于桥梁检测评估和维修加固技术的理论研究,通过对某钢筋混凝土T型梁桥进行了现场检测、动静载试验,分析评估该桥技术状况,研究桥梁碳纤维筋加固技术,论文主要内容有:(1)分析总结造成桥梁承载力衰减因素和常见病害成因,论述国内外桥梁检测评估及碳纤维材料加固技术研究和应用成果。(2)阐述基于外观缺陷及内部损伤的无损检测技术与基于动静载实验的结构测试技术,评定某钢筋混凝土T型梁桥的技术状况。(3)探讨基于T梁底部受拉区采用表层内嵌9×Φ6碳纤维筋法进行补强T型梁桥加固技术,研究在某钢筋混凝土T型梁桥应用碳纤维筋加固技术方案。(4)在某钢筋混凝土T型梁桥碳纤维筋加固工程实践中,分析和总结了碳纤维筋加固的施工工艺及技术要点。
[Abstract]:Our half bridge for twenty years, coupled with the increasing change of standard load, the improvement of road grade upgrade, the old bridge safety, applicability and durability issues have become increasingly prominent. This theory on reinforcement technology of bridge detection and evaluation and maintenance based on the adoption of a reinforced concrete T beam bridge site test, static load test, analysis and evaluation of the technical condition of bridge reinforcement technology of bridge, carbon fiber reinforcement, the main contents of this thesis are: (1) analyze and summarize the causes of common diseases and attenuation factors of bridge bearing capacity, the assessment and carbon fiber reinforcement technology research and application achievements of the domestic and international bridge (2) states. Nondestructive testing technology and technical structure test of static and dynamic load experiment based on the appearance of defects and internal damage based on the technical condition evaluation of a reinforced concrete T beam bridge. (3) to investigate the beam bottom based on T The surface tension zone with 9 x phi 6 carbon fiber reinforcement reinforcement of the reinforced T beam bridge, research on reinforcement in a reinforced concrete T beam bridge using carbon fiber reinforcement technology. (4) in a reinforced concrete T beam bridge carbon fiber reinforcement engineering practice, analyzed and summarized the construction technology and key points of carbon fiber reinforcement.
