路内停车条件下非机动车运行安全研究

【摘要】:当下,停车问题作为静态交通中的突出问题,已经严重影响了城市道路交通系统的健康、可持续发展。路内停车是一种设置方便且使用灵活的停车方式,对于缓解城市停车供需紧张起到了重要的作用。然而,设置路内停车将占用道路资源,不仅影响道路交通效率,更容易引发交通事故。对于行驶在路内停车带附近的非机动车辆而言,路内停车所带来的问题更为严重:非机动车作为交通系统中的弱势群体,少有被充分关注,而路内停车设置多侵占非机动车道或机非混行车道,进一步增加了非机动车暴露在机动车流中危险性。文章以非机动车特性和路内停车特性的理论研究及调研入手,分析了非机动车的车辆性能与驾驶员特性,归纳了路内停车泊位的设置形式及其对道路交通的影响。然后运用车辆轨迹理论研究了路内停车路段机动车和非机动车的横向位置分布,得出了机动车影响下非机动车行驶路径的三种方式。之后,在分析了影响非机动车三种行驶路径的因素后,结合统计学软件进行回归分析,得出相应的模型并对结果做出解释。除此之外,文章针对机动车辆驶入、驶出路内停车泊位的方式及其对非机动车运行的影响做了详细的研究,结合交通冲突理论与技术,提出了以降低机非冲突为目的的路内停车泊位设置尺寸的建议。最后,综合上述的实地调研和理论研究,提出了考虑非机动车安全运行的路内停车泊位设置建议,规范路内停车泊位设置,降低其对非机动车安全运行的影响,减少机非事故的发生。
[Abstract]:At present, the parking problem, as a prominent problem in static traffic, has seriously affected the health and sustainable development of urban road traffic system. It plays an important role in relieving the shortage of urban parking supply and demand. However, setting up in-road parking will occupy the road resources, and not only affect the efficiency of road traffic. It is more likely to lead to traffic accidents. For non-motor vehicles driving near the on-street parking belt, the problem caused by in-road parking is more serious: non-motor vehicles as a vulnerable group in the transportation system. Few people pay enough attention to it, and the in-road parking is often occupied by non-motorized lane or non-mixed lane. The risk of non-motor vehicle exposure to vehicle flow is further increased. This paper analyzes the vehicle performance and driver characteristics of non-motor vehicle based on the theoretical research and investigation of non-motor vehicle characteristics and in-road parking characteristics. This paper induces the setting form of parking berth and its influence on road traffic, and then studies the lateral position distribution of motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle in the road parking section by using the vehicle trajectory theory. After the analysis of the factors that affect the non-motor vehicle driving path, combined with the statistical software to carry out regression analysis. In addition, the paper makes a detailed study on the way of motor vehicles entering and leaving the parking berth on the road and its impact on the operation of non-motor vehicles. Combined with traffic conflict theory and technology, the paper puts forward the suggestion of setting parking berth size in order to reduce the vehicle non-conflict. Finally, it synthesizes the field investigation and theoretical research above. The paper puts forward some suggestions for setting parking berths on the road considering the safe operation of non-motor vehicles, standardizing the setting of parking berths on the road, reducing its influence on the safe operation of non-motor vehicles, and reducing the occurrence of engine and non-accident.
