植物沥青路用性能研究

【摘要】:随着交通事业的高速发展,我国公路建设也突飞猛进,对路面材料的需求量也大幅度增加。然而由于石油资源的日益枯竭,使得现在路面铺设大量运用的石油沥青价格不断攀升,同时石油沥青也不易降解,翻修所得废旧沥青利用率低,污染环境。这就需要寻求某种代替品或是一种可再生的环保沥青,植物沥青的规模化生产为其提供了新的途径。植物沥青主要来源于植物基化工醇下游产品,即植物油炼制后的废弃物,其不属于多芳环复杂化合物,主要成分为脂肪酸及植物醇,因此具有低碳,环保,可再生的优势。若能利用植物沥青代替部分石油沥青,既能够降低部分成本,又能减少污染,因此本课题拟将植物沥青按不同掺配比例掺入基质沥青进行对比研究,确定植物沥青的掺入对基质沥青及其混合料各个方面性能的影响,从而判断其应用前景,为植物沥青在道路工程中的应用提供依据。实验主要分为三大部分,第一部分主要考察植物沥青的掺入对基质沥青原材料的性能影响;第二部分主要利用SHRP相关实验考察植物沥青对基质沥青低温性能与黏度的影响;第三部分主要考察掺配植物沥青对其混合料路用性能的影响。首先,对不同掺配比例的混合沥青在不同温度下进行三大指标实验,实验认为掺入植物沥青后能够明显改善原基质沥青的高低温性能,同时降低混合沥青感温性能。再对混合沥青进行老化实验,根据残留针入度比与软化点升降数值可以看出,植物沥青的掺配能够改善90号基质沥青的抗老化性能,但长期老化方面改善效果并不十分明显。其次,对不同掺配比例的混合沥青进行低温弯曲梁流变实验,实验认为植物沥青使得90号基质沥青的应力松弛性能更好,抗裂性能更佳。再利用布洛克菲尔德黏度计绘制黏温曲线,所确定的混合沥青压实及拌合温度随植物沥青掺配量的增加逐渐升高,且均符合规范规定。最后,利用已确定的拌合和压实温度,在相同油石比及矿料级配下对比混合料性能指标变化趋势。实验发现,当植物沥青掺配达到10%以上时,其马歇尔试件性能有所下降,亦不满足规范要求,就当前5.1的油石比下,植物沥青的掺量应控制在10%以下,既有利于保证其性能发挥,又能保证经济效益。

Pollution of the environment. This requires the search for some substitute or a renewable environmental protection asphalt, the large-scale production of plant asphalt provides a new way for it. The plant asphalt mainly comes from the downstream products of phytochemical alcohols. That is, plant oil after refining waste, it does not belong to polyaromatic complex compounds, the main components are fatty acids and plant alcohols, so it has low carbon, environmental protection. Renewable advantages. If plant asphalt can be used to replace some petroleum bitumen, it can not only reduce the cost but also reduce the pollution. Therefore, this paper intends to make a comparative study on the effect of plant asphalt on the performance of matrix asphalt and its mixture in different proportion, so as to judge its application prospect. The experiment is divided into three parts. The first part mainly studies the effect of plant asphalt on the performance of raw materials of asphalt matrix. In the second part, the effects of plant asphalt on the low temperature performance and viscosity of the base asphalt were investigated by SHRP experiments. The third part mainly studies the influence of mixed vegetable asphalt on its pavement performance. Firstly, three indexes of mixed asphalt with different blending ratio are tested at different temperatures. The experimental results show that the high and low temperature performance of the original asphalt can be improved and the temperature sensitivity of the mixed asphalt can be reduced by adding the plant asphalt. Then the aging test of the mixed asphalt is carried out. According to the residual penetration ratio and softening point value, it can be seen that the blending of vegetable asphalt can improve the aging resistance of 90 # matrix asphalt, but the effect of long-term aging improvement is not very obvious. Secondly. The rheological experiment of low temperature bending beam of mixed asphalt with different blending ratio shows that vegetable asphalt makes the stress relaxation performance of 90 # matrix asphalt better. The temperature of compaction and mixing of mixed asphalt increased gradually with the increase of plant asphalt admixture, and all of them were in accordance with the specification. Finally, it was found that the compaction temperature and mixing temperature of mixed asphalt increased with the increase of the blending amount of vegetable asphalt, and all of them were in accordance with the specifications. By using the determined mixing and compaction temperature, the change trend of mixture performance index is contrasted under the same oil stone ratio and ore gradation. It is found that when the blending of vegetable asphalt reaches more than 10%. The performance of the Marshall specimen has declined, and it does not meet the requirements of the specification. Under the current ratio of 5. 1 oil and stone, the content of vegetable asphalt should be controlled below 10%, which is beneficial to ensure the performance of the asphalt. It can also guarantee economic benefits.
