基于出租车GPS数据的道路交通运行状态判别

【摘要】:全球各大城市如今都不同程度的受到交通拥挤问题的困扰,在我国伴随着三十多年的高速发展引发的城市交通问题尤为严重,交通拥挤已成为城市面临的主要社会问题之一,严重影响到人们的日常生产和生活。快速、准确、实时地识别道路交通拥堵状态和对道路运行状态的长期连续监测,对于制定合理有效的城市交通管理策略具有重要意义。同时随着GPS/GIS技术在城市出租车运营管理中的推广应用,使得人们能够很便捷的获取出租车营运过程中的GPS数据,并为挖掘这部分数据在城市道路交通管理和建设方面的价值提供了可能。本文首先研究了城市道路交通流的基本特性,并提出了将出租车作为GPS浮动车的优越性,及相比普通社会车辆出租车运行的特性。其次依托城市出租车GPS中心系统可以便捷的实现对出租车GPS定位数据的实时采集及存储,并结合出租车GPS数据的结构特性和出租车行驶特性提出了不同载客状态下的数据筛选方法,提高了数据样本的质量和使用率,并提出不同情况下的路段平均行程速度和交叉口平均行程延误时间估计算法。此外,考虑到数据样本量大小对路段平均行程速度估计精度的影响,提出基于自适应加权指数平滑法的路段平均行程速度估计方法。最后基于模糊评价的理论,建立以路段平均行程速度和交叉口平均行程延误作为度量指标的道路交通运行状态判别方法。通过本文的研究,将出租车作为GPS浮动车能够很好的实现对城市道路运行状态的监测,对城市交通的管理、建设和研究具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, all the major cities in the world are troubled by traffic congestion in varying degrees. With the rapid development of more than 30 years in our country, the urban traffic problem is especially serious. Traffic congestion has become one of the main social problems facing the city, which seriously affects people's daily production and life. Real-time identification of road traffic congestion and long-term continuous monitoring of road running state. At the same time, with the application of GPS/GIS technology in urban taxi operation and management, it is of great significance to establish a reasonable and effective urban traffic management strategy. So that people can easily access the taxi operation process of GPS data. And for mining the value of this part of the data in urban road traffic management and construction of the possible. Firstly, this paper studies the basic characteristics of urban road traffic flow. The superiority of using taxi as GPS floating vehicle is put forward. Secondly, relying on the city taxi GPS center system can conveniently realize the real-time collection and storage of taxi GPS positioning data. Combined with the structural characteristics of taxi GPS data and taxi driving characteristics, this paper proposes a data screening method under different passenger status, which improves the quality and utilization of data samples. An algorithm for estimating the average travel speed and the average travel delay time of intersection under different conditions is proposed. In addition, the effect of the size of the data sample size on the accuracy of the estimation of the average travel speed is considered. An adaptive weighted exponential smoothing method is proposed to estimate the average travel speed of road sections. Finally, the theory of fuzzy evaluation is used. This paper establishes a method of judging road traffic running state based on the average travel speed of road and the average travel delay of intersection. Using taxi as a GPS floating vehicle can monitor the running state of urban roads and has great significance for the management, construction and research of urban traffic.
