基于SP调查的新建停车换乘对游客出行方式选择的影响分析

【摘要】:由于国民经济的持续稳定发展,我国大型旅游景区越来越多,其交通需求发生了前所未有的迅猛增长,使得交通供求的不平衡矛盾日益凸显,交通需求管理(Transport Demand Management)措施应运而生。停车换乘设施(ParkRide Facility)作为交通需求管理(TDM)的措施之一,在大型旅游景区的交通中呈现出越来越重要的作用。其为小汽车使用者提供低费用或者免费的停车位并伴有服务水平较为完善的公共交通方式,旨在引导小汽车出行向公共交通方式出行转移,从而降低人们对小汽车的依赖,减少道路及旅游景区的交通流量,缓解交通拥堵的压力。本文在分析国内外相关研究状况的基础上,阐述了旅游景区的交通特征;分析了新建停车换乘方式选择的影响因素与需求预测方法;通过对比出行行为调查法(RP调查法)和出行意向调查法(SP调查法),确定了旅游景区合适的停车换乘行为调查方法与调查方案;最后以作者在英国期间调查的英国威尔士的布雷肯国家公园为案例,分析了出行者的基本行为特征、停车换乘设施潜在的使用者特征,以及有关因素对游客出行方式选择的影响,并估算得到了游客选择摆渡车的概率。通过本文的分析得到:出行费用和发车间隔是影响游客出行方式选择的主要因素,而尤其以发车间隔更为敏感;限制小汽车出行的措施与鼓励公交车出行的措施相比,前者在促使游客选择停车换乘方面更有效。本文所得到的研究成果对类似PR项目的规划和制定实施方案有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:Due to the sustained and stable development of the national economy, there are more and more large-scale tourist attractions in China, and the traffic demand has increased rapidly, which makes the imbalance of traffic supply and demand increasingly prominent. Traffic demand Management Transport Demand Management measures came into being. Park Ride Facilityof parking and Riding facilities. As one of the measures of traffic demand management (TDM). It plays a more and more important role in the traffic of large-scale tourist attractions. It provides low cost or free parking space for car users and has a more perfect service level of public transportation. The purpose of this paper is to guide car travel to public transportation mode, so as to reduce people's dependence on cars and reduce the traffic flow of roads and scenic spots. On the basis of analyzing the related research situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the traffic characteristics of tourist attractions; The factors influencing the choice of new parking and passenger transfer mode and the method of demand forecasting are analyzed. By comparing the travel behavior investigation method with the RP survey method and the trip intention survey method with SP investigation method, this paper determines the appropriate investigation method and investigation scheme of the parking and rider behavior in the tourist scenic area. Finally, taking Brekken National Park in Wales, England, as an example, the author analyzes the basic behavior characteristics of travelers and the potential user characteristics of parking and transfer facilities. And the influence of related factors on the choice of tourists' travel mode. Through the analysis of this paper, it is concluded that the travel cost and departure interval are the main factors affecting the choice of travel mode, especially the departure interval is more sensitive; Restrictions on car travel are compared to those to encourage bus travel. The former is more effective in promoting tourists to choose parking and transfer. The research results obtained in this paper have a certain reference and guidance significance to the planning and implementation of similar PR projects.
