区域干线公路网交通态势评估与分析

【摘要】:随着干线公路里程快速增长和国家高速公路网络的不断完善,以及机动车保有量的不断快速增长,路网负荷日益严重。特别是在周末和节假日期间,交通需求激增,大规模的集中出行,以及车流高峰持续时间的延长使节假日期间干线公路网交通供需矛盾日益严重。干线公路网交通拥挤和突发事件及其引发的行车安全、运输效率、能源消耗和环境污染等问题受到了社会各界的广泛关注。干线公路网运营管理等工作的实施需要以准确掌握干线公路路网实时运行状态及其未来发展趋势为基础和前提。所谓区域干线公路网交通态势评估与分析,就是对某一地区干线公路网的实时运行状态进行分析并预测未来发展趋势。分析和预测,其目的是为交通管理者提供科学、有效的途径掌握干线公路网的交通状态和性能,以便其在有限的交通资源条件下,合理分配路网的供给能力。本项研究旨在针对干线公路网日益突出的拥堵和突发事件频发的问题,借鉴国内外干线公路运营管理的先进技术和经验,结合我国干线公路运营管理的需求,从微观和宏观层面,建立多层次关联的评估模型,并初步研究建立干线公路网交通运行状态发展趋势的预测技术。论文首先以干线公路网交通历史数据为研究对象,根据路网收费站点信息建立路网模型,开展干线公路网交通特征分析,分析路网网路拓扑结构,为后文模型研究提供了基础和依据。然后,论文对高速公路历史OD收费数据进行拆分处理,统计出了干线公路网分空间分时段的交通需求,并结合各路段道路规划通行能力推算路段实际通行能力,开展了干线公路网运行状态分析。接着,论文根据路网拓扑结构在计算机上构建虚拟路网,并将历史数据分时段还原在虚拟路网上,通过软件模型动态实时显示路网状态。最后,论文模拟在紧急事件或突发状况导致的路段通行能力减弱的情况下,根据问题路段的交通需求在路网内进行交通流重新分配,并对配流后的交通态势通过计算机模拟进行评估,构建交通突发事件态势评估模型。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of highway mileage and the continuous improvement of national highway network, as well as the rapid growth of vehicle ownership, the road network load is becoming increasingly serious, especially during weekends and holidays. The demand for transportation has soared, and there has been a massive concentration of travel. During the holidays, the contradiction between the traffic supply and demand of the trunk highway network becomes more and more serious. The traffic congestion and unexpected events in the trunk highway network and the traffic safety and transportation efficiency caused by it are becoming more and more serious. Energy consumption and environmental pollution have received extensive attention from all walks of life. The implementation of the operation and management of the trunk road network needs to be based on an accurate grasp of the real-time operation state of the trunk road network and its future development trend. The so-called regional trunk road network traffic situation assessment and analysis. It is to analyze the real-time running state of a certain area trunk highway network and predict the future development trend. The purpose of analysis and prediction is to provide science for traffic managers. The effective way to master the traffic state and performance of the trunk highway network, so that it in the limited traffic resources conditions. The purpose of this study is to learn from the advanced technology and experience of domestic and foreign trunk road operation management in view of the increasingly prominent problems of congestion and frequent emergencies in the trunk road network. According to the needs of the operation and management of trunk roads in China, a multi-level related evaluation model is established from the micro and macro levels. At first, the paper takes the historical data of the trunk highway network as the research object, and establishes the road network model according to the network toll station information. The traffic characteristics of trunk highway network are analyzed and the topological structure of highway network is analyzed, which provides the foundation and basis for the later research. Then, the paper divides the historical OD toll data of highway. The traffic demand of the trunk highway network is calculated according to the space and time interval, and the actual capacity of each section is calculated according to the planned capacity of each section. Then, the operation state of the trunk highway network is analyzed. According to the topology of the road network, the paper constructs the virtual road network on the computer, and restores the historical data into the virtual road network in different periods, and displays the road network status dynamically and in real time through the software model. Finally. This paper simulates the traffic flow redistribution in the road network according to the traffic demand of the problem section under the condition that the traffic capacity of the road is weakened due to the emergency or unexpected situation. The traffic situation after distribution is evaluated by computer simulation, and the traffic emergency situation assessment model is constructed.
