快速路公交专用道设计及评价研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的迅猛发展,城市规模不断扩大,城乡的城市化进程也在逐年提高。与此同时,城区房屋出售、出租价格成倍增长,许多居民选择远离城区的位置购买或租赁房屋居住。出行距离增加,出行时间延长,就导致了原来用于满足城市之间或城乡之间通行需求的高速公路及快速路现在更多的在为日常通勤需求服务,使得这些道路日趋拥堵[1]。另外,传统的路面公共交通受控于交叉口红绿灯及沿途设置的停靠站,停靠次数多、通行时间长的缺点相比私家车出行又缺乏竞争力。针对这种状况,并借鉴国内外经验,北京市于2011年在京通快速路上设计并开通了国内第一条在快速路上运行的公交专用车道。这种方法有效地缩短了公交的行驶时间,并且提高了公交的舒适度和竞争力。本文以此为基础,主要研究了快速路公交专用道的设计及效果。其中,设计研究包括快速路设置公交专用道的条件、形式、车道宽度以及隔离方式等方面。效果评价首先分析了现有的公交专用道评价指标,并据此提出了快速路公交专用道的评价指标。之后运用对比分析法,对公交专用道设置前后的道路效益进行定量和定性的评价,以确定设置方案的可行性。最后,以北京市京通快速路施划公交专用道为例,对快速路设置公交专用道进行分析及评价。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the scale of the city is expanding, and the urban-rural urbanization process is also increasing year by year. At the same time, the housing sales and rental prices in urban areas are increasing exponentially. Many residents choose the location away from the city to buy or lease housing. Travel distance increases, travel time is extended. Which led to the freeways and expressways that were used to meet the traffic needs between cities and between urban and rural areas, and now more and more are serving the daily commuting needs, causing these roads to become increasingly congested. [In addition, the traditional road public transportation is controlled by the traffic lights at the intersection and the stops set up along the road. The shortcomings of the many times of stopping and the long passage time are lack of competitiveness compared with the private car travel. In 2011, Beijing designed and opened the first special bus lane on the Beijing-Tongtong Expressway in 2011. This method can effectively shorten the driving time of public transport. And improve the comfort and competitiveness of the bus. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the design and effect of the expressway bus lane. Among them, the design research includes the conditions and forms of setting the expressway bus lane. The evaluation of lane width and isolation methods. Firstly, this paper analyzes the existing evaluation indicators of bus lanes, and then puts forward the evaluation indicators of expressway bus lanes. Then, the comparative analysis is used. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the road benefit before and after the setting up of bus lanes to determine the feasibility of setting up. Finally, take Beijing Jingtong Expressway as an example. This paper analyzes and evaluates the setting up of bus lane on the expressway.
