废橡胶粉复合改性沥青在透水沥青混凝土中的应用

【摘要】:透水性沥青路面具有减少水雾和眩光、降低噪声、抗滑性好等优点,近年来引起道路工作者的广泛关注。由于透水性沥青路面空隙率大,所以其混合料的必须使用粘度高的高粘改性沥青。高粘改性沥青质量的优劣直接影响透水性沥青路面的性能,所以制备出性能优异的高粘改性沥青对提高透水性沥青路面性能至关重要。本文通过室内试验,以Singapore壳牌70#沥青为母体沥青,利用SBS、废橡胶粉和萜烯树脂对其改性制备高粘改性沥青。研究了SBS、废橡胶粉和萜烯树脂不同掺量对高粘改性沥青的软化点、针入度、延度和60℃粘度的影响规律,从而确定各改性剂的的最佳掺量,制备出适用于透水性沥青路面的高粘改性沥青。选用SINOTPS高粘改性沥青、RMC高粘改性沥青和壳牌高粘改性沥青作为对照组,通过针入度指数和针入度粘度指数对四种高粘度改性沥青的感温性能进行研究,试验结果表明自主研制高粘改性沥青的温度敏感性最低。采用RTFOT老化试验对四种高粘度改性沥青的老化性能进行研究,老化后四种高粘改性沥青的针入度和延度降低,60℃粘度增大。采用动态剪切流变试验对四种高粘度改性沥青的原样及RTFOT老化后试样的流变性能进行研究,结果表明自主研制的高粘改性沥青具有良好的高温性能。以20%的空隙率为目标空隙率,确定了2.36mm筛孔的通过率为12%,从而确定了OGFC-13的矿料级配。利用析漏试验和飞散试验确定四种高粘改性沥青混合料的最佳油石比。研究了四种高粘改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗滑性、渗水性。结果表明,四种高粘改性沥青混合料都能满足透水性沥青路面的技术要求,且自主研制高粘改性沥青混合料的综合性能更为突出。
[Abstract]:The permeable asphalt pavement has reduced water mist and glare, reduce noise, anti slide advantages, attracted wide attention in recent years. Because the road workers of permeable asphalt pavement void, so the mixture must use high viscosity high viscosity modified asphalt. The high viscosity modified asphalt quality directly influence of the performance of the permeable asphalt pavement, so preparing excellent high viscosity modified asphalt to improve the permeability of asphalt pavement is very important. Through the test, the Shell Singapore 70# as the matrix asphalt asphalt, using SBS, waste rubber powder and terpene resin to prepare high viscosity modified asphalt. Study on the SBS penetration softening point of modified asphalt and high viscosity of waste rubber powder and terpene resin with different content, extension of influence degree and 60 degrees of viscosity, so as to determine the best modifier with the amount of preparation for water Asphalt pavement of high viscosity modified asphalt. Using SINOTPS high viscosity modified asphalt, RMC modified asphalt and Shell high viscosity high viscosity modified asphalt as the control group, the penetration index of penetration and viscosity index research of four kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt temperature properties, experimental results show that the developed high viscosity modified asphalt. The lowest temperature sensitivity by RTFOT aging test research on four types of high viscosity modified asphalt after aging aging performance, four kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt penetration and ductility decrease of 60 DEG C, the viscosity increases. The dynamic shear rheological tests on rheological properties of samples and the original RTFOT four kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt after aging research, results show that the self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt has good high-temperature performance. As the goal to 20% voidage voidage, determined by the rate of 2.36mm mesh is 12%, which is The gradation of OGFC-13. Using the leak test and cantabro test to determine four kinds of optimum asphalt high viscosity modified asphalt mixture ratio. Four kinds of high temperature stability and high viscosity modified asphalt mixture, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and skid resistance, water permeability. The results showed that four high viscosity modified asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of permeable asphalt pavement technology, and developed the comprehensive performance of high viscosity modified asphalt mixture is more prominent.
