基于FAHP的港口集疏运对城市慢行交通的影响研究

【摘要】:“一带一路”的提出,推动了港口崛起。各个港口城市也开始重视与港口有关的港口规划、港口经济、港口集疏运以及港口物流等各个方面的发展。与此同时,港城一体化的发展进程加剧,使得越来越多的老港区、新建港区与其他城市功能混合到一起,城中港的布局已经将各式交通杂糅。因此本文从细节入手,以人为研究对象,研究港口集疏运对港口城市步行交通与自行车交通的影响。在这一背景下,本文着重研究集疏港公路交通对步行交通以及自行车交通的影响,通过模糊层次综合评价法建立相关的评价指标与体系,结合相关从业人员的意见,针对港口集疏运对步行交通与自行车交通的影响做出评价。本研究在论证过程中引入了工程实例的计算与分析,通过分析该区域步行交通受到的港口集疏运的影响,从而对评价体系的可行性与实用性做出评价。结果显示,本研究提出的评价体系能够比较有效地反映港口集疏运对港口城市步行交通的影响,可以提供量化该影响的参考方法。从慢行交通入手研究港口集疏运对其评价是港口规划与港口交通领域的一次新尝试,具有一定的实际意义与实用价值。
[Abstract]:The proposal of "Belt and Road" has promoted the rise of the port. At the same time, each port city has begun to attach importance to the development of port planning, port economy, port transportation and port logistics. The development process of the integration of port and city intensifies, making more and more old port area, the new port area and other city function mix together, the layout of the port in the city has already mixed all kinds of traffic. Therefore, this article starts with the detail. Taking people as the research object, this paper studies the impact of port transportation on walking traffic and bicycle traffic in port city. Under this background, this paper focuses on the impact of Jishugang highway traffic on walking traffic and bicycle traffic. Through the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the relevant evaluation indicators and systems, combined with the views of relevant practitioners. The impact of port transportation on walking traffic and bicycle traffic is evaluated. In the process of demonstration, the calculation and analysis of engineering examples are introduced. The feasibility and practicability of the evaluation system are evaluated by analyzing the impact of port transportation on walking traffic in this area. The results show that the evaluation system is feasible and practical. The evaluation system proposed in this study can effectively reflect the impact of port transportation on the port city pedestrian traffic. It is a new attempt in the field of port planning and port traffic, which has certain practical significance and practical value.
