超高钢管柱支架受力分析及稳定性研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国交通基础设施蓬勃发展,各种大型、特大型桥梁及立交桥日益增多。在桥梁及立交的修建过程中,支架现浇方式以其适用性强,灵活多变等优点得到越来越多施工方的青睐。本论文结合质量要求高、地质条件差、地况复杂、支架搭拆难度大、受干扰因素多及交叉作业面多的福州市琅岐闽江大桥亭江侧引桥工程,介绍了高支架的设计方法及国内外研究现状,阐述了相关规范规程中高支架各相应构件的构造要求,高支架中各构件及钢管桩基础的受力计算,高支架从搭设、预压到拆除的施工方法及注意事项。并利用Midas Civil有限元软件建立空间三维模型对高支架进行受力分析,分析后得知:格构柱总高度的增加及格构柱顶端悬臂高度的增加对格构柱的稳定性有控制性影响,在格构柱总高度不变的情况下,格构柱缀条间距在一定范围内变化对结构的稳定性影响较小,但缀条间距过大则会使结构的整体稳定性下降较多,但四肢格构柱在不均匀轴向力及风荷载作用下其稳定性并无太大变化,除此之外,材料强度、初始缺陷、支架的具体布置及施工等因素也会对格构柱支架的稳定性产生不利影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the transportation infrastructure of our country is booming, various kinds of large, super large bridges and overpass bridges are increasing day by day. In the process of bridge and interchange construction, the cast-in-place support mode has strong applicability. The advantages of flexibility and variability are more and more favored by the construction side. This paper combines the high quality requirements, poor geological conditions, complex ground conditions, and the difficulty of scaffolding. This paper introduces the design method of high support and the research status at home and abroad for the bridge approach project of Minjiang River Bridge in Luangqi River, Fuzhou, which is subject to many interference factors and many cross operation areas. The structural requirements of the corresponding components of the high support in the relevant codes and regulations, the stress calculation of each component in the high support and the steel pipe pile foundation, and the installation of the high support are described. The construction method and points for attention of pre-compaction to demolition are discussed, and the three-dimensional spatial model of high support is established by using Midas Civil finite element software. The analysis shows that the increase of the total height of lattice column has a controlling effect on the stability of lattice column, when the total height of lattice column is invariant. The variation of bar spacing of lattice columns in a certain range has little effect on the stability of the structure, but if the spacing of the bars is too large, the overall stability of the structure will decrease more. However, the stability of the truss column under the action of inhomogeneous axial force and wind load is not much changed, in addition, the material strength, initial defects. The concrete arrangement and construction of the support will also have an adverse effect on the stability of the lattice column support.
