东营市天目山路建设项目进度计划与控制研究

【摘要】：天目山路是东营市一条位于东西城间集开发建设、生产及生活服务的城市次干道。项目建成后,将为东营国民经济产业的发展,社会经济结构的改变,为东西城的外延拓展提供有力的基础条件,对于改善区域投资环境,发展区域社会经济均有着十分重要的现实意义。由于项目所在地为市区内,施工环境复杂,且对周边居民和企业的出行运输存在各种影响。因此,如何在保障项目质量的基础上,尽可能缩短项目工期,使项目能够按计划或提前投入使用,是项目施工单位需要着重考虑解决的首要问题。为此,就需要构建一个更为科学有效的进度管理体系,提高项目管理人员进度计划与控制的能力,确保其有效实施,从而保障项目总体工期目标的实现。论文从天目山路建设项目的实际情况出发,针对项目建设实施的主要概况,确定了项目进度管理的主要目标和和任务。利用WBS、网络计划技术等方法编制项目的进度计划,并以项目具体的工期要求为目标,利用成本——工期方法进行优化。在项目实施过程中,依据项目进度计划执行情况,制定了天目山路建设项目进度控制的主要方法和流程,从日常监测以及定期监测两个对项目进度进行动态监测,并利用挣值法计算项目实施后不同阶段的进度偏差,分析偏差的主要影响,依据进度控制的实际要求对天目山路建设项目的进度计划进行更新,提出了进度更新的具体思路和途径。最后,为保障天目山路建设项目进度管理的有效实施,论文从组织管理、技术提高、资金管理等方面制定了具体的保障措施,从而确保项目进度管理目标的实现。通过对天目山路建设项目进度计划与控制的研究,能够有效的提高该项目进度管理的实施水平,增强项目部对项目工期的安排和控制能力,完善项目进度管理的各项机制,也为同类项目进度管理的实施提供可参照的蓝本。
[Abstract]:Tianmu mountain road is a secondary road in Dongying city, which is located between east and west city. After the project is completed, it will be the development of Dongying national economy industry and the change of social economic structure. For the extension of East-West City to provide a strong basic conditions for improving the regional investment environment, the development of regional social and economic are of great practical significance. Because the project is located in the urban area, the construction environment is complex. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring the quality of the project, how to shorten the project duration as far as possible, so that the project can be put into use as planned or in advance. Therefore, it is necessary to build a more scientific and effective schedule management system to improve the ability of project managers to plan and control progress. To ensure its effective implementation, so as to ensure the realization of the overall project duration. The paper from the actual situation of Tianmu Mountain Road construction project, the implementation of the main general situation of the project. The main objectives and tasks of project schedule management are determined. WBS, network planning technology and other methods are used to draw up the progress plan of the project, and the specific project duration requirements are taken as the goal. In the implementation of the project, according to the implementation of the project schedule, the main methods and processes of the progress control of Tianmu Mountain Road construction project are established. From the daily monitoring and regular monitoring of the project progress dynamic monitoring, and the use of earned value method to calculate the project after the implementation of different stages of progress deviation, analysis of the main impact of deviation. According to the actual requirements of schedule control, the progress plan of Tianmu Mountain Road construction project is updated, and the specific ideas and ways of progress update are put forward. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the schedule management of Tianmu Mountain Road construction project. From the aspects of organization and management, technology improvement, fund management and other aspects, the paper makes specific safeguard measures to ensure the realization of project schedule management goal. Through the research on the progress plan and control of Tianmu Mountain Road construction project. It can effectively improve the implementation level of the project schedule management, enhance the project schedule arrangement and control ability of the project department, and improve the project schedule management mechanism.
