多线铁路斜拉桥车桥耦合振动仿真研究

【摘要】:随着我国高速铁路建设发展和交通量需求的增大,近几年开始出现较多的多线铁路桥,多线列车与桥梁的动力相互作用问题变得越来越突出,因而进行多线车桥耦合振动的仿真计算及规律分析成为一种必然的要求。论文以渝黔铁路白沙沱长江大桥车桥耦合研究为依托,采用有限元软件ANSYS和多体动力学软件SIMPACK分别建立了桥梁的动力分析模型和三维空间列车精细化计算模型,本文的主要研究内容如下:首先本文对多体动力学理论与桥梁结构动力学理论进行了介绍,并对车桥空间动力分析的联合仿真的实现方法进行了细致的分析和阐述。然后根据有限元软件ANSYS所建立的全桥结构动力分析模型,通过对全桥模型的自振特性进行计算和分析,得出了前10阶振型及相应的自振频率。接着对1号线16节(CRH3、CRH2)列车、2号线16节CRH2)列车和5号线货物列车在不同速度工况下车桥系统的空间振动响应进行了仿真计算,并对车辆以及桥梁的动力学指标进行了评定。最后对6节三线(1号线+2号线+3号线、1号线+2号线+4号线)CRH3列车在不同速度工况下车桥系统的空间振动响应进行了仿真计算,并将三线列车同时行车时车辆和桥梁的动力学指标与相应单线单独行车时车辆和桥梁的动力学指标进行对比分析,总结了三线同时行车与单线单独行车时车辆与桥梁的各项动力指标之间存在的规律。
[Abstract]:With the development of high-speed railway construction and the increasing demand of traffic volume, there are more and more multi-line railway bridges in recent years, and the dynamic interaction between multi-line trains and bridges becomes more and more prominent. Therefore, it is an inevitable requirement to simulate and analyze the coupling vibration of multi-track vehicle-bridge. The paper is based on the study of vehicle-bridge coupling of Baishatuo Yangtze River Bridge on Yu-Guizhou Railway. The finite element software ANSYS and the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK are used to establish the dynamic analysis model of the bridge and the fine calculation model of the three-dimensional space train, respectively. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the theory of multi-body dynamics and the theory of bridge structure dynamics are introduced. The realization method of joint simulation of vehicle-bridge spatial dynamic analysis is analyzed and expatiated in detail. Then, according to the dynamic analysis model of full-bridge structure established by finite element software ANSYS, the natural vibration characteristics of the full-bridge model are calculated and analyzed. The first 10 vibration modes and their corresponding natural frequencies are obtained. Then, the spatial vibration responses of the bridge system under different speed conditions are simulated for 16 CRH2 (CRH3) trains, 16 CRH2 (CRH2) trains and 5 freight trains on Line 1. The dynamic indexes of vehicles and bridges are evaluated. Finally, the spatial vibration response of CRH3 train at different speed working conditions is given on 6 three lines (Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 1, Line 2, Line 4, Line 4). The simulation calculation should be carried out. The dynamic indexes of the vehicle and bridge when the three-line train is running simultaneously are compared with the dynamic indexes of the vehicle and the bridge when the train is traveling separately on the corresponding line. The law between the dynamic indexes of the vehicle and the bridge is summarized when the three-lane driving and the single-line driving at the same time.
