非标准圆截面斜拉索气动性能试验研究

【摘要】:斜拉桥斜拉索的风致振动问题一直以来都是风工程界的研究热点,其中斜拉索风雨激振和干索驰振等问题更是研究中的难点。在实际斜拉索运输、安装过程中,由于挤压等各种原因,斜拉索有可能变成非标准圆形截面,其气动力和风致振动特性是值得研究的问题。针对这种情况,因此,本次研究选取了长轴与短轴比值分别为1.05:1、1.1:1、1.15:1和1.3:1四种非标准圆形斜拉索模型进行了刚性模型风洞测压试验,通过试验得到了斜拉索的气动性能在不同风向角下随雷诺数的变化情况。本文的主要研究内容如下:(1)介绍了研究斜拉索气动性能的重要性和斜拉索风致振动的形式,总结了目前国内外专家、学者对斜拉索风致振动的振动机理和抑制振动的方法的研究。(2)通过对雷诺数与斜拉索模型气动力之间的关系研究,获得了四种非标准圆截面斜拉索模型的平均阻力系数、平均升力系数、平均扭矩系数随雷诺数变化的情况,比较了每一种拉索模型在不同风向角下三分力系数的雷诺数效应,比较了四种截面拉索模型在不同风向角下三分力系数的雷诺数效应。(3)利用Den Hartog驰振判据和Nigol驰振判据,分析了四种非标准圆截面斜拉索模型的Den Hartog驰振判据系数和Nigol驰振判据系数在临界雷诺数范围内变化的情况,比较了不同风向角下每一种拉索模型驰振稳定性与雷诺数的关系。比较了四种截面拉索模型在不同风向角下雷诺数对两种驰振判据系数的影响。(4)研究了雷诺数与斜拉索模型展向升力系数相关性之间的关系,分析了四种非标准圆截面斜拉索模型的不同测压部位相关系数随雷诺数变化的情况,比较了每一种拉索模型在不同风向角下升力系数相关系数随雷诺数的变化情况。比较了四种截面拉索模型在不同风向角下雷诺数对升力系数相关系数系数的影响。
[Abstract]:The problem of wind-induced vibration of cable-stayed bridge has always been a hot research topic in wind engineering field, among which wind-stayed cable wind-induced vibration and dry cable galloping vibration are even more difficult. As a result of extrusion and other reasons, the cable may become a non-standard circular section. The aerodynamic and wind-induced vibration characteristics of the cable are worth studying. In this study, four kinds of non-standard circular cable-stayed cable models with long axis and short axis ratios of 1.05: 1: 1.1: 1: 1.15: 1 and 1.3: 1 were selected for wind tunnel pressure measurement with rigid model. The variation of aerodynamic performance of stay cables with Reynolds number at different wind angles is obtained by experiments. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the importance of studying the aerodynamic performance of stay cables and the wind-induced vibration of stay cables are introduced. In this paper, experts and scholars at home and abroad have studied the mechanism of wind-induced vibration of stay cables and the methods to suppress vibration. The relationship between Reynolds number and aerodynamic force of cable model has been studied. The average drag coefficient, average lift coefficient and average torque coefficient of four kinds of non-standard circular section cable models are obtained. The Reynolds number effects of the three-point force coefficients of each cable model under different wind direction angles are compared. The Reynolds number effect of the three-point force coefficient of four cross-section cable models under different wind direction angles is compared by using Den Hartog galloping criterion and Nigol galloping criterion. The variation of Den Hartog criterion coefficient and Nigol galloping criterion coefficient in the range of critical Reynolds number for four kinds of non-standard circular section cable models are analyzed. The relation between the galloping stability and Reynolds number of each cable model at different wind direction angles is compared. The effects of Reynolds number on the two galloping criterion coefficients of four cross-section cable models at different wind direction angles are compared. The relationship between the spanwise lift coefficient of the cable model, In this paper, the variation of the correlation coefficient of different pressure measuring parts with Reynolds number in four kinds of non-standard cable models with circular section is analyzed. The variation of the coefficient of lift coefficient with Reynolds number at different wind angles for each cable model is compared, and the influence of Reynolds number on the coefficient of lift coefficient at different angles of wind direction is compared.
