钢板和碳纤维加固混凝土梁抗剪性能研究

【摘要】:混凝土梁桥在运营较长时间后,会出现混凝土开裂等破损现象,引起结构承载力不足。对桥梁进行加固改造,可以恢复甚至提高原有钢筋混凝土桥梁的承载能力,延长使用寿命。本文分析了钢筋混凝土梁和钢板、碳纤维加固梁的斜截面抗剪承载力影响因素。通过对加固前试验梁、粘贴钢板和碳纤维布加固梁的3组梁进行静载试验,研究了在加固梁中各材料的抗剪受力特性,得出了粘贴钢板、碳纤维布抗剪承载力以及对混凝土梁刚度的提高值,推导了混凝土侧面矩形粘贴加固材料抗剪承载力的简化计算公式。运用有限元分析软件,根据混凝土的本构关系,建立计算模型,对3组梁分别进行了有限元模拟,所得变形、应力计算结果与试验值吻合。以混凝土梁桥实际加固工程为背景,从力学性能、经济性以及施工工艺出发,对粘贴钢板与碳纤维布加固进行了对比分析,论述了两种加固方法各自的适用条件及优点。通过对实际加固工程的设计计算及实桥的荷载试验,验证了粘贴钢板加固在实际中的应用的可靠性。本文的研究成果对混凝土桥梁的抗剪加固有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
[Abstract]:After a long period of operation, the concrete beam bridge will be damaged, such as concrete cracking, which will lead to the insufficient bearing capacity of the structure. Strengthening and reforming the bridge can restore or even improve the bearing capacity of the original reinforced concrete bridge. In this paper, the influence factors of shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam, steel plate and carbon fiber reinforced beam are analyzed. The static load tests of three groups of beams with steel plate and carbon fiber sheet are carried out before reinforcement, as well as with steel plate and carbon fiber sheet. In this paper, the shear behavior of various materials in the strengthened beam is studied, and the shear bearing capacity of the bonded steel plate, carbon fiber sheet and the stiffness of the concrete beam are obtained. A simplified formula for calculating the shear capacity of concrete reinforced material with rectangular paste on the side is derived. The finite element analysis software is used to establish the calculation model according to the constitutive relation of concrete, and the three groups of beams are simulated by finite element method, and the resulting deformation is obtained. The results of stress calculation are in agreement with the experimental results. Based on the actual reinforcement project of concrete beam bridge, the paper makes a comparative analysis on the reinforcement of steel plate and carbon fiber sheet in terms of mechanical properties, economy and construction technology. This paper discusses the applicable conditions and advantages of the two reinforcement methods, through the design and calculation of the actual reinforcement project and the load test of the real bridge, The results of this paper have certain theoretical significance and practical value for shear strengthening of concrete bridges.
