不同种类改性沥青混合料路用性能对比研究

【摘要】:在沥青路面中,沥青的粘结作用是沥青路面结构稳定、抵抗开裂的重要保证。沥青分子量相对较低且分布较宽,其力学性能对温度敏感性大,高温易流淌,低温易变脆,弹性、耐候性和耐久性能也不强。研究表明,向沥青中添加高分子材料制备的聚合物改性沥青,或使用基质沥青的同时向沥青混合料中添加某些天然或人工合成的添加剂能够改善沥青路面的使用性能。本文依托河北省内高等级公路建设中改性沥青应用的实际状况,对不同种类改性沥青混合料路用性能进行了对比研究。研究了岩沥青、湖沥青、增强剂、抗车辙剂、SBS等改性剂与基质沥青的相容性,对改性剂在沥青常温区(15℃-60℃)的热稳定性进行比较。研究了不同改性剂以不同掺量用于AC-20C及AC-13C级配时混合料的物理力学指标及路用性能指标,提出了不同种类改性剂合理掺量范围。研究了掺有抗车辙剂和增强剂路面的高温、低温性能和水稳定性指标,研究了抗车辙剂、增强剂在施工环节上的技术问题。
[Abstract]:In asphalt pavement, the binder effect of asphalt is an important guarantee for the stability of asphalt pavement structure and the resistance to cracking. The molecular weight of asphalt is relatively low and its distribution is wider. Its mechanical properties are sensitive to temperature, easy to flow at high temperature, brittle and elastic at low temperature. The research shows that the polymer modified asphalt is prepared by adding polymer materials to the asphalt. Or adding some natural or synthetic additives to the asphalt mixture while using the base asphalt can improve the performance of the asphalt pavement. This paper relies on the actual situation of the application of modified asphalt in the construction of high grade highway in Hebei Province. The road performance of different kinds of modified asphalt mixture was studied. The compatibility of rock asphalt, lake asphalt, reinforcement agent, rutting resistant agent SBS and matrix asphalt was studied. The thermal stability of the modifier in the normal temperature region of asphalt was compared. The physical and mechanical indexes and road performance indexes of AC-20C and AC-13C gradation mixture with different modifiers and different contents were studied. The reasonable dosage range of different kinds of modifiers is put forward. The high temperature, low temperature performance and water stability index of pavement with anti-rutting agent and reinforcement agent are studied, and the technical problems of anti-rutting agent and reinforcing agent in construction link are studied.
