长大硬岩隧道钻爆法快速掘进技术研究

【摘要】:当今隧道建设,长大隧道建设趋势日趋明显,在此背景下,如何在确保安全施工的前提下尽量提高钻爆法施工掘进速度及效率就显得更为必要。本论文以山西长平高速公路虹梯关长大隧道为工程依托,综合采用资料调研、数值模拟、理论分析等多种研究方法,重点针对长大硬岩公路隧道钻爆法快速掘进技术参数进行研究,研究成果有效指导了依托工程实际。论文主要工作如下:(1)基于围岩松动圈理论,研究不同爆破循环进尺下隧道围岩应力、变形等分布规律及特征,明确循环进尺与围岩稳定性的相关关系,并据此提出了安全的爆破循环进尺建议值;(2)研究了爆破循环尺寸与隧道超欠挖量、出渣量、工期等施工组织因素间相关性关系,并据此从施工组织角度出发,同时结合施工安全性要求,最终得出合理爆破循环进尺建议值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the trend of tunnel construction and long tunnel construction is becoming more and more obvious. It is more necessary to improve the speed and efficiency of drilling and blasting construction under the premise of ensuring safe construction. This paper takes Hongtianguan long tunnel of Changping Expressway in Shanxi Province as engineering support, synthetically adopts data investigation and numerical simulation. Theoretical analysis and other research methods focus on the technical parameters of drilling and blasting method for long and long hard rock highway tunnels. The research results effectively guide the practice of supporting engineering. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) based on the theory of surrounding rock loosening zone, The distribution law and characteristics of surrounding rock stress and deformation in tunnel under different blasting cycle advance are studied, and the relationship between circular advance and surrounding rock stability is clarified. On the basis of this, the authors put forward the safe value of the blasting cycle scale and the correlation between the blasting cycle size and the construction organization factors, such as the amount of excess underexcavation, the amount of slag produced, the duration of construction, etc., and based on this, the author proceeded from the point of view of the construction organization. At the same time, combined with the construction safety requirements, the rational blasting cycle of the recommended value.
