山东高速青岛发展有限公司多元化发展战略研究

【摘要】:山东高速青岛发展有限公司(以下简称"山高青岛公司")是山东高速集团的全资子公司,公司拥有胶州湾大桥与胶州湾高速公路25年的特许经营权。近年来,随着我国高速公路产业的迅速发展,高速公路路网已日趋完善。但是新建高速公路投资收益率较低,同时高速公路只能在一定年限内收费,能否永久经营高速公路是我国高速经营企业不得不面对的战略问题。在以上形势下,山高青岛公司需要在做强主业的前提下,制定相应的多元化发展战略,实现长期运营,同时提高公司的利润率。本文首先对战略管理和多元化发展战略的相关理论进行分析,并总结现有高速公路经营企业所做出的多元化发展措施,然后对公司内部资源与核心能力,及所处的外部环境进行分析,对公司内部的优势与劣势,以及外部环境的机会与威胁有全面的了解,最后结合公司作为集团全资子公司的定位,得到公司多元化发展战略的目标,以及战略选择实施策略,并针对多元化战略风险提出保障措施。本文认为,要做好山高青岛公司的永续性,应调整好本公司的产业结构,继续发展高速公路运营主业,抓住青岛市的产业布局对公司带来的新机遇,积极把握城市基础设施产业进入机会。针对公司的投资管理团队缺乏多元化行业运作经验的现状,选择主要利用参股、并购等资本运作手段,积极介入物流、海洋生物医药等产业,培育新兴业务增长点的战略方向。同时做好项目评价和管理保障措施、提高行业研究能力和投资资金筹措能力,积极争取政策支持保障,寻求公司整体产业的战略转型和升级,努力成为胶东半岛地区的龙头企业,为集团公司实现打造现代化、国际化、高效化的综合型特大企业集团目标做出新的更大贡献。本文在多元化战略选择方向与定位中,进一步优化企业的资产结构、抵抗系统性风险,增强企业的综合竞争实力,建立了山高青岛公司多元化发展战略的新模式,为其他区域性高速公路经营企业做出适合本公司发展的多元化战略提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Shandong Expressway Qingdao Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Shangao Qingdao Company") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong High Speed Group, which owns the franchise of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge and Jiaozhou Bay Expressway for 25 years. With the rapid development of the expressway industry in China, the highway network has become more and more perfect. However, the investment rate of the newly built expressway is low, and the expressway can only charge within a certain number of years. Whether or not to operate expressway permanently is a strategic problem that our high speed management enterprises have to face. Under the above situation, Shangao Qingdao Company needs to formulate the corresponding diversified development strategy and realize long-term operation under the premise of strengthening the main industry. At the same time, improve the profit margin of the company. Firstly, this paper analyzes the relevant theories of strategic management and diversification development strategy, and summarizes the diversified development measures made by the existing highway management enterprises. Then we analyze the internal resources and core competence of the company, and the external environment, and have a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as the opportunities and threats of the external environment. Finally, combined with the positioning of the company as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, the goal of the company's diversification development strategy and the strategy selection and implementation strategy are obtained, and the protection measures are put forward in view of the diversification strategic risk. To do a good job of sustainability of Shangao Qingdao Company, we should adjust our company's industrial structure, continue to develop the main industry of highway operation, and seize the new opportunities brought to the company by the industrial layout of Qingdao City. In view of the fact that the investment management team of the company lacks the operation experience of diversified industries, we choose to mainly use capital operation means such as equity participation, merger and acquisition, and actively intervene in logistics. Marine biology medicine and other industries, cultivate the strategic direction of emerging business growth point. At the same time, do a good job of project evaluation and management support measures, improve the industry research ability and the ability to raise investment funds, and actively strive for policy support and protection. Seeking strategic transformation and upgrading of the company's overall industry, striving to become the leading enterprise in the Jiaodong Peninsula region, and building modernization and internationalization for the group company, In the direction and orientation of the diversification strategy, this paper further optimizes the asset structure of the enterprise, resists the systemic risk, and strengthens the comprehensive competitive strength of the enterprise. A new model of diversification development strategy of Shangao Qingdao Company is established, which provides reference for other regional highway management enterprises to make diversification strategy suitable for the development of the company.
