基于排队论的立体车库泊位规模和车辆存取速度计算方法研究

【摘要】:随着城市停车问题矛盾突出,用地紧张,立体车库是缓解城市停车难问题的有效途径,立体车库占地少,空间利用率高。但是由于目前立体车库的规划不合理的问题,有些立体车库存取效率低下,立体车库建设以后使用率低,不能发挥其应有的作用并造成严重的资源浪费,因此合理规划立体车库的规模和优化立体车库车辆的存取速度尤为重要。本文基于排队论理论,构建了一套完整的规划立体车库规模的模型,并提出了一种优化车辆存取速度的方法。本文分析了目前不同类型立体车库的优缺点和适用性,选取巷道堆垛式立体车库作为本文的研究对象。首先从微观角度对立体车库车辆的停靠过程进行了分析,得出立体车库排队过程分为等待空车位和等待堆垛机两个阶段。然后对影响立体规模的各个因素进行了分析总结。其次通过对调查数据进行分析,得出车辆到达分布符合泊松分布,车辆停车时长分布符合爱尔朗分布。在上述分析基础上,基于排队论理论建立了立体车库规模模型,根据系统达到平衡状态下的车辆被拒绝概率来确定合理的车库泊位数,并建立了考虑成本的情况下立体车库规模模型。然后在确定的车库规模的情况下,对影响立体车库存取规模的因素进行了分析,并建立了参考倾向选择性系数的堆垛机数量模型。考虑不同客户的容忍度构建了优化模型。通过选取不同的堆垛机数量和不同的配置速度计算分析,对立体车库的车辆存取速度进行了优化。最后选取佛山创意产业园实例进行了仿真分析验证,首先分析了园区基本停车情况,然后根据调研所得数据对停车基本特性进行了分析,根据前文所建模型进行了计算,得出所需基本停车位和出入口数量,并通过建立了 VISSIM仿真模型,对比计算与仿真结果,验证了所建模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the contradiction of parking problem in the city is prominent and the land is tight, the three-dimensional garage is an effective way to alleviate the difficult problem of parking in the city. The three-dimensional garage occupies less land, and the space utilization ratio is high. However, due to the unreasonable planning of the three-dimensional garage at present, Some stereoscopic garages have low access efficiency and low utilization rate after the construction of stereoscopic garages, which can not play their due role and cause serious waste of resources. Therefore, it is very important to plan the scale of stereoscopic garage and optimize the access speed of the vehicle. Based on the theory of queuing theory, this paper constructs a complete model for planning the scale of stereoscopic garage. A method of optimizing vehicle access speed is proposed. The advantages and disadvantages and applicability of different types of stereoscopic garages are analyzed in this paper. This paper selects the roadway stacking stereoscopic garage as the research object. Firstly, the parking process of the stereoscopic garage vehicle is analyzed from the microscopic point of view. It is concluded that the queuing process is divided into two stages: waiting empty parking space and waiting stacker. Then, the factors affecting the three-dimensional scale are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, the investigation data are analyzed. It is concluded that the vehicle arrival distribution accords with Poisson distribution, and the vehicle parking time distribution accords with Allan distribution. Based on the above analysis, a three-dimensional garage scale model is established based on the queuing theory. According to the rejection probability of the vehicle in equilibrium state, the reasonable parking space number is determined, and the model of three-dimensional garage size is established considering the cost. Then, in the case of determining the garage size, This paper analyzes the factors that affect the access scale of stereoscopic garage. The model of the quantity of stacker with reference selectivity coefficient is established, and the optimization model is constructed considering the tolerance of different customers. By selecting different quantity of stacker and different configuration speed, the model is calculated and analyzed. The vehicle access speed of the three-dimensional garage is optimized. Finally, the example of Foshan creative industry park is selected for simulation analysis and verification. Firstly, the basic parking situation of the park is analyzed. Then, the basic characteristics of parking are analyzed according to the data obtained from the investigation, and the basic parking spaces and the number of entrances and exits are calculated according to the previous model, and the VISSIM simulation model is established, and the results are compared with the simulation results. The validity of the model is verified.
