12t双钢轮振动压路机减振系统的研究

【摘要】:双钢轮振动压路机主要用于高等级公路面层的压实,这对其压实作业质量、工作可靠性及驾驶舒适性提出了更高的要求。减振系统不仅直接关系振动压路机机架、驾驶室的振动强度和操作舒适性,而且影响振动参数、振幅均匀性和压实作业质量。减振技术是双钢轮振动压路机的关键技术之一,技术含量较高,国产机型与国外同类产品在减振性能上仍存在一定差距。根据某国产12t双钢轮振动压路机减振性能测试结果,分析了样机减振系统存在的主要问题。总结前人研究成果和实践经验,提出了一些减振系统应遵循的基本原则和要求。针对测试样机机架振动剧烈,整体减振效果不佳的问题,通过建立相应的减振模型,分析了减振器刚度和阻尼对振动幅值,振动功率,一级减振系统隔振率、共振频率和压实作用力的影响,在此基础上提出了一种振动压路机一级减振系统减振器选型和校核方法。从提升减振效果不能以牺牲压实作业性能为代价的角度出发,利用压路机二自由度减振模型,分析了振动参数和上车质量对机架减振性能及线压力的影响,结合样机实际情况给出了相应的改进建议;利用Abaqus软件对机架进行模态分析和谐响应分析,研究了提高机架振动均匀性的措施。工作过程中,测试样机驾驶室存在较大晃动,本文从多自由度振动解耦的角度出发,通过降低驾驶室多自由度间的振动耦合来提升驾驶室减振效果,并用Adams模型进行相应验证。
[Abstract]:The double steel wheel vibratory roller is mainly used for the compaction of high grade highway surface layer, which puts forward higher requirements for its compaction quality, working reliability and driving comfort. The vibration absorption system not only relates directly to the vibratory roller frame, but also to its driving comfort. The vibration intensity and operating comfort of the cab also affect the vibration parameters, amplitude uniformity and compaction quality. Vibration absorption technology is one of the key technologies of the double steel wheel vibratory roller, and the technical content is relatively high. There is still a certain gap between domestic and foreign products in vibration absorption performance. According to the test results of vibration absorption performance of a 12t double-wheel vibration roller made in China, This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the vibration absorption system of the prototype, summarizes the previous research results and practical experiences, and puts forward some basic principles and requirements that should be followed by the vibration absorption system. The effects of stiffness and damping on vibration amplitude, vibration power, isolation rate, resonance frequency and compaction force of the first stage damping system are analyzed by establishing the corresponding damping model. On the basis of this, a method for selecting and checking the vibration absorber of the first stage vibration absorption system of vibratory roller is proposed. From the point of view that the effect of vibration reduction can not be improved at the expense of compaction performance, the two-degree-of-freedom damping model of roller is used. The effects of vibration parameters and vehicle mass on the vibration absorption performance and line pressure of the frame are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are given according to the actual conditions of the prototype, and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the frame are carried out by using Abaqus software. The measures to improve the vibration uniformity of the frame are studied. During the working process, there is a large sloshing in the cab of the test prototype. In this paper, the vibration decoupling of the multi-degree-of-freedom system is considered. The vibration reduction effect of cab is improved by reducing the vibration coupling between multi-degrees of freedom in cab and verified by Adams model.
