重载交通下水泥混凝土路面结构响应分析

【摘要】:水泥混凝土路面作为我国高等级公路的主要结构形式,因其强度高、稳定性好、耐久性好等优点,得到了广泛的应用。然而,随着我国公路运输事业的蓬勃发展,车辆超载现象日益严重,导致水泥混凝土路面在未达到使用年限就出现了错台、断裂、破碎、脱空等病害,重载交通已成为造成水泥混凝土路面早期破坏的主要原因之一。因此,研究重载交通公路特性,明确水泥混凝土路面在重载作用下的结构响应规律,对提高水泥混凝土路面的使用性能,延长路面结构的使用寿命具有工程实际意义。本文在总结国内外研究现状的基础上,从重载交通的特性出发,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析混凝土路面的结构响应。本文主要研究内容如下:1.依据有限单元法的一般理论,借助ANSYS软件建立水泥混凝土路面模型,对重载交通作用下路面结构的竖向位移与应力进行了计算分析,探讨了重载交通对水泥混凝土路面的破坏作用,并通过改变不同参数,得到了路面结构应力和位移的变化规律。2.针对混凝土路面使用过程中出现的板底脱空问题,利用ANSYS软件对水泥混凝土路面板底脱空状况进行相应的分析,研究了在不同脱空位置下水泥混凝土路面板的力学行为,总结了最大拉应力与竖向位移的变化规律,探讨了脱空时路面板承载力的变化特点,为水泥混凝土路面板底脱空的研究提供了力学基础。
[Abstract]:As the main structural form of high grade highway in China, cement concrete pavement has been widely used because of its high strength, good stability, good durability and so on. However, with the rapid development of highway transportation in our country, The phenomenon of vehicle overloading is becoming more and more serious, which leads to malfunction, fracture, breakage, void and other diseases of cement concrete pavement before it reaches its useful life. Heavy load traffic has become one of the main causes of early damage of cement concrete pavement. Therefore, the characteristics of heavy load traffic road are studied, and the structural response law of cement concrete pavement under heavy load is clarified. It is of practical significance to improve the performance of cement concrete pavement and prolong the service life of pavement structure. The structural response of concrete pavement is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. According to the general theory of finite element method, the model of cement concrete pavement is established by means of ANSYS software. The vertical displacement and stress of pavement structure under heavy load traffic are calculated and analyzed. The damage effect of heavy load traffic on cement concrete pavement is discussed, and different parameters are changed. The variation law of stress and displacement of pavement structure is obtained. Aiming at the problem of slab bottom void in the course of concrete pavement use, the void condition of cement concrete pavement floor is analyzed by using ANSYS software. In this paper, the mechanical behavior of cement concrete pavement slab under different void positions is studied, and the variation law of maximum tensile stress and vertical displacement is summarized, and the change characteristics of bearing capacity of pavement slab are discussed. It provides a mechanical basis for the study of the voids in cement concrete pavement floor.
