广西A路桥公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:作者采用PESTEL分析法、战略群组分析法、“五力模型”分析法等分析法对广西A路桥公司的内、外部战略环境进行了分析,运用IFE、EFE矩阵分析法评价、确定了广西A路桥公司的优势、劣势和机会、威胁,进而运用SWOT矩阵分析法匹配出广西A路桥公司的备选战略,然后,根据综合优势理论选定了广西A路桥公司的企业战略,最后,提出了广西A路桥公司发展战略实现的保障措施。本文共五章,包含绪论、内部战略环境分析、外部战略环境分析和匹配并选择战略、保障措施等五大块内容。本文第一章为绪论。在这一章,作者对《广西A路桥公司企业战略研究》的选题背景和意义,对其研究方法、研究内容和框架等进行了阐述,同时,亦对作者所引用的参考文献进行了综合陈述。本文第二章为广西A路桥公司内部战略环境分析。在这一章,作者重点从企业资源和能力等两方面分析了广西A路桥公司的优势、劣势。作者首先从有形资源和无形资源等两方面对该公司的企业资源进行了分析,其中,重点对该公司的机械设备、人力资源、技术和商誉、业绩、资质等方面进行了分析。然后,作者对该公司的企业能力进行了分析,其中,重点对该公司的管理能力、营销能力、财务能力、生产能力和研发能力、企业信息管理能力等企业能力进行了分析。通过分析,作者最后运用IFE矩阵分析法评价、确定了该公司的内部优势、劣势。本文第三章为广西A路桥公司外部战略环境分析。在这一章,作者从宏观环境和产业环境等两方面对该公司的外部战略环境进行了分析,其中,宏观环境分析方面重点对该公司的政治环境、政策及法律环境、经济环境、技术环境,以及社会环境、文化环境、人口环境和自然环境等方面进行了分析;产业环境分析方面重点分析了我国大陆民用汽车拥有量情况、公路发展及其客运、货运发展概况,以及我国大陆公路施工企业分布情况和战略群情况,同时,在产业环境方面,作者还应用波特的“五力分析模型”对公路施工产业的五个方面竞争力量进行了分析,即产业内竞争分析,潜在进入者分析,替代品分析,买方讨价还价能力分析和供应方讨价还价能力分析。作者最后运用EFE矩阵分析法评价、确定了该公司面临的机会、威胁。本文第四章为匹配并确定战略。在这一章,作者首先在已经进行了广西A路桥公司内、外部战略环境分析的基础上明确该公司的企业愿景,然后,在企业愿景的引领下确立该公司的使命,进而提出该公司未来五年发展目标,最后,作者运用SWOT矩阵分析法匹配出该公司的所有备选战略,接着,根据综合优势战略理论选定了该公司的企业战略。本文第五章为保障措施。在这一章,作者重点从组织、资金、技术、人才、企业文化和企业信息系统等方面提出了实现广西A路桥公司企业战略的相关保障措施。
[Abstract]:The author analyzes the internal and external strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company by means of PESTEL analysis, strategic group analysis and "five forces model" analysis, and evaluates the advantages of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company by using IFE / EFE matrix analysis method. Disadvantages and opportunities, threats, and then use SWOT matrix analysis to match the alternative strategy of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company, and then, according to the comprehensive advantage theory, select the corporate strategy of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company, finally, In this paper, five chapters are given, including introduction, internal strategic environment analysis, external strategic environment analysis and matching, and selection of strategy. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction. In this chapter, the author expounds the background and significance of the selected topic of "Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company Enterprise Strategy Research", the research methods, the research content and the framework, etc., at the same time, The second chapter is the analysis of the internal strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company. In this chapter, the author analyzes the advantages of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company from the aspects of enterprise resources and capability. The author first analyzes the company's enterprise resources in terms of both tangible and intangible resources, with emphasis on the company's machinery and equipment, human resources, technology and goodwill, performance, etc. Then, the author analyzes the company's enterprise capability, which focuses on the management, marketing, financial, production and R & D capabilities of the company. Through the analysis, the author uses the IFE matrix analysis method to evaluate the internal advantages of the company. The third chapter is the analysis of the external strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company. In this chapter, the author analyzes the external strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company from the macro environment and the industrial environment. The macro environment analysis focuses on the company's political environment, policy and legal environment, economic environment, technological environment, as well as social environment, cultural environment, population environment and natural environment. In the aspect of industrial environment analysis, the paper focuses on the situation of civil automobile ownership, highway development, passenger transport and freight transport in mainland China, as well as the distribution and strategic cluster of highway construction enterprises in mainland China. At the same time, it also analyzes the industrial environment. The author also applies Porter's "five Forces Analysis Model" to analyze the five aspects of competitive power in highway construction industry, that is, intra-industry competition analysis, potential entrant analysis, substitute analysis, etc. Buyer bargaining power analysis and supply-side bargaining power analysis. Finally, the author uses EFE matrix analysis method to evaluate the opportunities and threats faced by the company. Chapter 4th of this paper is the matching and determining strategy. First of all, on the basis of the analysis of the external strategic environment in Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company, the author clarifies the company's enterprise vision, and then, under the guidance of the enterprise vision, establishes the mission of the company. Finally, the author uses the SWOT matrix analysis method to match all the alternative strategies of the company, and then, According to the theory of comprehensive advantage strategy, the enterprise strategy of the company is selected. Chapter 5th of this paper is the safeguard measure. In this chapter, the author focuses on organization, capital, technology, talent, etc. In the aspects of corporate culture and enterprise information system, this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to realize the enterprise strategy of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company.
