岩沥青及其混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞速发展,交通量也随之越来越大,且往往超载严重,车辙、水损害等早期路面破坏现象也越加频繁,普通道路沥青已无法满足路面对材料性能的要求。岩沥青作为一种天然改性剂,在我国道路建设中逐渐得到关注及应用,但在其混合料路用性能方面,仍然缺乏全面、系统的研究,为了岩沥青改性剂进一步的应用推广,在岩沥青合理掺量,施工工艺等方面仍需更加深入的研究。本文对岩沥青进行了四组分试验,试验结果表明与普通道路沥青相比,岩沥青具有相对较高的沥青质含量及较低的胶质含量,油分也略有降低。岩沥青具有分子量大、软化点高,极性较强的特点。为研究岩沥青掺量对改性沥青性能的影响,对不同掺量下岩改性沥青进行了常规试验及SHRP试验,试验结果表明,掺入岩沥青可有效改善基质沥青的使用性能,随岩沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青的感温性降低,高温稳定性及抗老化性能增,与此同时,其低温抗裂性能有所降低,但若将岩沥青掺量控制在合理范围内,并不会对改性沥青低温抗裂性能造成过大的影响,根据改性沥青性能随掺量的变化规律,初步推荐岩沥青掺量为10%~30%(岩沥青中天然沥青与基质沥青的质量百分比)。通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验及冻融劈裂试验等,检验岩改性沥青混合料的路用性能,并根据动稳定度及破坏应变等性能指标,最终确定岩沥青的合理掺量为2.5%~3.5%(岩沥青占混合料的质量百分比)。岩改性沥青混合料与SBS改性沥青混合料的性能对比试验表明岩改性沥青混合料具有与SBS改性沥青混合料相当的高温改性效果,且具有更加优异的抗老化性。本文依托靖西-那坡高速岩沥青试验路,对岩改性沥青混合料的施工工艺及其质量控制要点进行了介绍,并着重研究了岩改性沥青混合料的拌和工艺及碾压遍数对路面压实的影响。通过适宜掺量下岩改性沥青及SBS改性沥青的单价对比,对岩改性沥青的经济效益进行了分析。研究结果可为岩沥青的进一步应用推广提供有价值的技术参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the traffic volume is also increasing, and often overloading, rutting, water damage and other early road damage phenomenon is more and more frequent. Rock asphalt, as a natural modifier, has been paid more and more attention to and applied in the road construction of our country, but it still lacks of comprehensive performance in road performance. In order to promote the application of rock asphalt modifier, it is necessary to further study the reasonable content of rock asphalt and the construction technology, etc. In this paper, a four-component test is carried out on rock asphalt. The results show that rock asphalt has relatively higher asphaltene content and lower glial content, and its oil content is slightly lower than that of ordinary road asphalt, and rock asphalt has high molecular weight and high softening point. In order to study the influence of rock asphalt content on the performance of modified asphalt, the conventional test and SHRP test of rock modified asphalt with different content were carried out. The experimental results showed that the performance of matrix asphalt could be improved effectively by adding rock asphalt. With the increase of rock asphalt content, the temperature sensitivity of modified asphalt decreases, the high temperature stability and aging resistance of modified asphalt increase, at the same time, the low temperature cracking resistance of modified asphalt decreases, but if the content of rock asphalt is controlled within a reasonable range, It does not have too much effect on the low temperature crack resistance of modified asphalt. According to the law of the change of modified asphalt performance with the content of modified asphalt, it is preliminarily recommended that the quantity of rock asphalt admixture is 10% or 30% (mass percentage of natural asphalt and base asphalt in rock asphalt). Through rutting test, Low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test are used to test the pavement performance of rock modified asphalt mixture, and according to dynamic stability and failure strain, Finally, the reasonable content of rock asphalt was determined to be 2.5% and 3.5.The performance comparison test between rock modified asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture showed that rock modified asphalt mixture had the same quality as SBS modified asphalt mixture. The mixture has the equivalent effect of high temperature modification, This paper introduces the construction technology and quality control points of rock modified asphalt mixture based on Jingxi-Napo high-speed rock asphalt test road. The effects of mixing technology of rock modified asphalt mixture and the number of compaction times on pavement compaction are studied emphatically. Through the comparison of unit price of rock modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt, The economic benefits of rock modified asphalt are analyzed. The results can provide a valuable technical reference for the further application and popularization of rock asphalt.
