路内停车对道路交通流的影响分析

【摘要】:随着机动车保有量的迅速增长,道路交通量急剧增加,现有的道路通行能力已经不能满足动态交通的需求。同时,由于机动车的数量迅速增长,随之而来的停车需求也跟着增长,而各种停车配套设施的发展速度远不及停车需求的增长速度,这就使得国内许多大中城市停车供需矛盾日益突出,严重交通阻塞的现象普遍存在。因此,对路内停车问题的原因以及其对道路交通产生的影响进行归纳分析,并就如何加强路内停车问题的综合治理,给出基本对策和方法,对改善交通具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文就路内停车问题对道路交通的影响进行了相关分析。本文首先对路内停车的设置条件进行分析,然后对路内停车行为发生的原因进行了分析,并从供给与需求两个方面对其形成机理进行了研究,并分析了路内停车对非机动车车流、机动车车流、机非混行车流的影响以及其在有信号灯和没有信号灯的情况下对交叉口的影响。利用仿真软件Vissim对垂直式和斜列式两种情况下的路内停车进行了仿真,研究了在固定泊位数的情况下,车辆平均延误与交通流量之间的关系以及在不同交通流量下,车辆平均延误随泊位数的变化关系,并就路内停车问题给出了相关对策和建议。随后选取平均占有率、平均周转率、交通流量为三个参数指标,利用层次分析法就相关对策对延误具体影响的研究和评价,并给出了相关对策的排序权值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of vehicle ownership and the rapid increase of road traffic volume, the existing road capacity can no longer meet the demand of dynamic traffic. At the same time, because of the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles, The following parking demand also increases, and the development speed of all kinds of parking facilities is far less than the growth rate of parking demand, which makes the contradiction between parking supply and demand in many large and medium-sized cities more prominent day by day. The phenomenon of serious traffic jam is common. Therefore, the causes of the problem of in-road parking and its influence on the road traffic are summarized and analyzed, and the basic countermeasures and methods for how to strengthen the comprehensive treatment of the problem of parking in the road are put forward. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to improve traffic. This paper analyzes the influence of on-street parking problem on road traffic. Then the cause of the parking behavior in the road is analyzed, and the formation mechanism of the parking behavior is studied from the two aspects of supply and demand, and the effect of parking on the non-motor vehicle flow and the motor vehicle flow is analyzed. The influence of unmixed traffic flow and its influence on intersections with and without signal lights are analyzed. The vertical and oblique parking is simulated by using the simulation software Vissim. The relationship between average vehicle delay and traffic flow under the condition of fixed berth number and the relationship between vehicle average delay and berth number under different traffic flow are studied. Then the average occupation rate, the average turnover rate and the traffic flow are selected as the three parameter indexes, and the specific impact of the related countermeasures on the delay is studied and evaluated by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The ranking weights of the relevant games are also given.
