沪昆高速公路湘潭至邵阳段旧水泥路面大修方案研究

【摘要】:沪昆高速公路湘潭至邵阳段旧水泥混凝土路面破损严重,行车舒适性差,交通事故繁多,2013年,湘潭高速公路日均流量已超过30000pcu/d,交通量最大的路段—湘潭至塔岭段流量已超过50000pcu/d,基本达到饱和,其次,潭邵高速公路大货车比例高,重车超载现象严重,特别是湘潭段,近年来不断维修,原有路面结构受到严重的破坏,养护成本不断增加,亟待进行大修。根据《公路水泥混凝土路面养护技术规范》(JTJ 073.1-2001)、《公路技术状况评定标准》(JTG H20-2007),调查现有路面破损状况,统计本路段的主要病害及病害产生原因,并计算出路面使用性能评价指标,了解旧水泥路面使用性能状况,为改造方案前期工作提供理论依据,减少大修方案的盲目性,确定路面大修的必要性;结合当前道路状况和经验,对潭邵高速公路近几年路面状况统计数据用指数型回归方程模型对其进行分析预测,确定路面大修的最佳时机。对本路段进行了轴载及交通量调查,统计出年平均日交通量及年平均增长率,从而计算出累计当量作用次数,判断本路段属于特重交通;再根据本路段旧路面原有路面结构、损坏状况,选择合理的旧路面处治方案,最后根据我国现行技术规范标准,结合国内外路面加铺改造设计经验,提出了五种大修方案,并对方案进行了结构应力分析及承载能力分析,计算结果表明提出的五种大修方案理论上均能满足路面的使用性能,考虑了改造方案施工及交通组织难易程度,环境影响,预期效果,经济及适用性能等因素,确定了湘潭到邵阳高速公路水泥路面的改造方案。改造方案通过论证和分析得出:湘潭段旧水泥路面路段推荐采用路面改造方案1,2.5cmAC-10隔离层+18cm连续配筋混凝土(CRC)+1cm改性沥青防水防裂粘结层+6cm改性沥青AC-20C+4cm改性沥青SMA-13;邵阳段旧水泥路面加铺方案推荐K1247+120-K1250+000左幅采用路面改造方案4,1cm乳化沥青碎石封层+10cm掺纤维的粗粒式沥青混凝土(AC-25C)+6cm改性沥青AC-20C+4cm改性沥青SMA-13;其余路段采用路面改造方案3,1cm改性沥青防水防裂粘结层+10cm沥青稳定碎石+6cm改性沥青AC-20C+4cm改性沥青SMA-13。改造方案可为潭邵高速公路及类似水泥路面大修工程提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:The old cement concrete pavement of the Xiangtan to Shaoyang section of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway is seriously damaged, the driving comfort is poor, and there are many traffic accidents. In 2013, The average daily flow of Xiangtan Expressway has exceeded 300pcu-d, and the volume of traffic from Xiangtan to Taling has exceeded 500pcu-d, which is basically saturated. Secondly, the proportion of heavy trucks in Tan-Shao Expressway is high, and the phenomenon of heavy overloading is serious, especially in Xiangtan Section. In recent years, with the continuous maintenance, the original pavement structure has been seriously damaged, and the maintenance cost has been increasing. According to the Technical Code for maintenance of Highway cement concrete pavement, JTJ073.1-2001and JTG H20-2007, this paper investigates the existing pavement damage, and counts the main diseases and the causes of the diseases in this section. The evaluation index of pavement performance is calculated, the performance of old cement pavement is understood, the theoretical basis is provided for the preliminary work of the reconstruction scheme, the blindness of overhaul scheme is reduced, and the necessity of pavement overhaul is determined. Combined with the current road condition and experience, this paper analyzes and predicts the statistical data of the road surface condition of Tan-Shao Expressway in recent years by using the exponential regression equation model to determine the best time for road surface overhaul. The axle load and traffic volume of this section are investigated. Statistics the annual average daily traffic volume and the annual average growth rate, so as to calculate the accumulative equivalent action times, judge that the road section belongs to heavy traffic, and then according to the original pavement structure of the old pavement of this section, damage condition, According to the current technical standard of our country and the experience of pavement overlay design at home and abroad, five kinds of overhauling schemes are put forward, and the structural stress analysis and carrying capacity analysis are carried out. The calculation results show that the five overhauling schemes can meet the pavement performance in theory, and take into account the construction and traffic organization difficulty, the environmental impact, the expected effect, the economic and applicable performance and so on. The reconstruction scheme of cement pavement of Xiangtan to Shaoyang expressway is determined. Through demonstration and analysis, it is concluded that the road surface reconstruction scheme of the old cement pavement section of Xiangtan section is recommended to be 1 / 2. 5 cm AC-10 continuous reinforced concrete with 18 cm continuous reinforcement. 1cm modified asphalt waterproof crack proof adhesive layer 6cm modified asphalt AC-20C 4cm modified asphalt SMA-13.The overlay scheme of old cement pavement in Shaoyang section recommended that K1247 120-K1250000 left side adopt the road modification scheme 41cm emulsified asphalt macadam sealing layer 10cm mixed with fiber coarse grained type. Asphalt concrete (AC-25C) 6cm modified bitumen AC-20C 4cm modified asphalt SMA-13.The other sections of road adopt pavement modification scheme 310cm modified bitumen waterproof crack proof adhesive layer 10cm bituminous stabilized macadam 6cm modified bitumen AC-20C 4cm modified asphalt SMA-13.The modification scheme can be Tan Tan. Shao Expressway and similar cement pavement overhaul project to provide reference basis.
