高性能沥青混凝土路面裂缝密封胶的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:通过实验确定基质沥青、SBS、橡胶粉、增塑剂、矿粉等组分的含量,得到一种高性能沥青混凝土路面裂缝密封胶,并将其性能与现有沥青混凝土路面修补材料如基质沥青、SBS改性沥青、市售密封胶等进行对比,分别从抗高温、抗低温、抗异物嵌入、抗腐蚀、抗拉伸性能等5个方面,结合温度、老化条件进行性能对比。结果表明:自制密封胶的软化点高达94.2℃,弹性恢复率达到98%,远优于其他3种材料,即具有较好的抗高温和抗低温性能;抗异物嵌入性能与其他3种材料基本相当;自制密封胶和市售密封胶(路斗士)经柴油腐蚀后质量损失率最小,仅为15%,即具有较佳的抗腐蚀性;基质沥青和SBS改性沥青浸水前后的拉拔强度都较低,抗拉伸性能较差,自制密封材料老化前在不同温度下都具有较高的拉拔强度,其中在0℃下高达1 MPa,但是老化后与市售密封胶性能基本相当。
[Abstract]:A kind of high performance asphalt concrete pavement crack sealant was obtained by determining the content of matrix asphalt SBS, rubber powder, plasticizer, mineral powder and so on. And compared with the existing asphalt concrete pavement repair materials such as asphalt base asphalt modified asphalt SBS modified asphalt, marketable sealant and so on, respectively from five aspects of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, anti-foreign body embedding, corrosion resistance, tensile performance, etc. The results show that the softening point of self-made sealant is as high as 94.2 鈩,
