铁尾矿砂在沥青混合料中的应用研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国经济实现了高速发展,矿产资源需求量不断攀升,随之带来了尾矿的综合利用问题。2013年出版的《重点冶金矿山统计年报》数据显示,截止到2012年,我国铁尾矿堆存量超过100亿吨,仅2012年一年全国铁矿排放的尾矿量就达到了9.4亿吨,其中,辽宁省的铁尾矿产量最高,占全国总量的30%。大量铁尾矿的堆积带来了环境污染和安全隐患,如果铁尾矿能在公路建设中大规模的应用,既可以减少道路工程中对砂砾的需求,又可以解决铁尾矿的堆积问题,因此研究铁尾矿在沥青路面中的应用具有重要的社会意义与经济价值。论文总结了铁尾矿在国内外综合利用的现状,分析比较了沥青混合料的不同设计方法,在此基础上,总结了铁尾矿砂沥青混合料的体积设计方法,并用该方法进行了铁尾矿砂沥青混合料的组成设计,研究了铁尾矿砂沥青混合料的路用性能并铺筑了试验路。实践表明铁尾矿砂沥青混合料体积设计方法简单易行,根据该方法设计的沥青混合料能够满足低等级道路的路用性能,成功的将铁尾矿砂应用到沥青混合料中,从而实现了铁尾矿砂的再利用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved rapid development and the demand for mineral resources has been rising, which has brought about the problem of comprehensive utilization of tailings. The data of the Statistical Annual report of key Metallurgical Mines, published in 2013, show that by 2012, The quantity of iron tailings in China exceeds 10 billion tons, and in 2012 alone, the amount of iron tailings discharged in China reached 940 million tons. Among them, Liaoning Province has the highest output of iron tailings. The accumulation of a large amount of iron tailings has brought environmental pollution and hidden dangers to safety. If iron tailings can be used on a large scale in highway construction, it can reduce the demand for sand gravel in road projects. Therefore, it is of great social and economic value to study the application of iron tailings in asphalt pavement. The present situation of comprehensive utilization of iron tailings at home and abroad is summarized in this paper. Based on the analysis and comparison of different design methods of asphalt mixture, the volume design method of iron tailings bituminous mixture is summarized, and the composition design of iron tailings bituminous mixture is carried out. The road performance of iron tailings bituminous mixture is studied and the experimental road is constructed. The practice shows that the volume design method of iron tailings bituminous mixture is simple and feasible, and the asphalt mixture designed by this method can meet the road performance of low grade road. The iron tailings are successfully applied to the asphalt mixture, and the reuse of the iron tailings is realized.
