【摘要】：本文突破现有高速公路工程建设标准化管理模式,尝试在动态视角下,探讨施工过程标准化管理体系对高速公路桥梁工程质量的影响。将标准化由静态制度体系调升为动态管理体系,从而统辖高速公路桥梁工程施工的全过程。构建合理可行的高速公路桥梁工程施工过程标准化体系,系统总结高速公路桥梁工程施工过程标准化技术规范管理系统。从施工总体要求和施工工艺两个方面分别对高速公路桥梁工程的桥梁基础、桥梁下部构造、预制梁板、现浇梁,以及桥面系的施工过程进行了标准化规范。详细阐述了高速公路桥梁工程各工程部位的施工前提条件、施工工序、施工技术和施工质量要求,形成了较为全面的高速公路桥梁工程施工过程标准化规范体系。对高速公路桥梁工程的桥梁基础、桥梁下部构造、预制梁板、现浇梁,以及桥面系施工过程标准化实施前后的对比分析,从混凝土外观质量的提升、结构物质量通病有效的治理、结构物内在质量的改善等三个方面重点探讨了施工过程标准化实施后对高速公路桥梁工程质量的影响。并以武汉西四环线新天铺互通桥梁现浇梁的标准化施工为案例,详细阐述了现浇梁施工过程中,如何从施工前准备到施工工艺层面严格按照标准化要求进行施工。最后经过该案例的实践证明,在实施桥梁施工标准化后,结构物的线形、模板质量控制、钢筋质量控制、混凝土质量控制都得到了很大的提升。
[Abstract]:This paper breaks through the existing standardized management mode of expressway construction, and tries to use the dynamic angle of view. This paper discusses the influence of standardization management system of construction process on the quality of highway bridge engineering. The standardization system is upgraded from static system to dynamic management system. In order to control the whole process of expressway bridge construction, to construct a reasonable and feasible standardization system of expressway bridge construction process, This paper systematically summarizes the management system of standardized technical specification for the construction process of expressway bridge engineering. From the two aspects of overall construction requirements and construction technology, the bridge foundation, the structure of the lower part of the bridge, the prefabricated beam and slab, the cast-in-place beam, are respectively analyzed. And the construction process of bridge deck system is standardized. The construction preconditions, construction procedures, construction technology and construction quality requirements of each part of expressway bridge engineering are described in detail. A more comprehensive system of standardization and specification for the construction process of expressway bridge engineering has been formed. The bridge foundation, the structure of the lower part of the bridge, the prefabricated beam and slab, the cast-in-place beam, As well as the comparison and analysis before and after the implementation of the construction process standardization of bridge deck system, from the improvement of concrete appearance quality and the effective treatment of common defects of structure quality, The influence of construction process standardization on the quality of expressway bridge is discussed in three aspects, such as the improvement of internal quality of structure, and a case study of the standardization construction of the cast-in-place beam of Xintianpu interworking bridge on the West fourth Ring Line of Wuhan is given. This paper expounds in detail how to carry out the construction of the cast-in-place beam in the construction process from the preparation before construction to the construction technology level strictly according to the standardization requirements. Finally, it is proved by the practice of this case that, after the implementation of the construction standardization of the bridge, the line shape of the structure is obtained. Formwork quality control, steel bar quality control, concrete quality control have been greatly improved.
