高速公路路网容量及提升方法研究

【摘要】:高速公路自1988年在我国兴建以来,对我国社会经济的快速发展做出了重要贡献,到2013年,我国高速公路里程已经达到10.44万公里,高速公路网络已经覆盖了我国大部分省市地区,成为我国交通运输业及社会经济发展的重要纽带,高速公路路网结构逐步形成。高速公路以其特有的技术经济优势,赢得了广大交通出行者的青睐,同时汽车行业的迅猛的发展,使得我国高速公路交通需求快速增长,高速公路网部分路段通行能力已经不能满足现有需求,尤其是节假日期间特别明显,从而影响整个高速公路网的运行效率,为了保证高速公路便捷、高效、安全的运行,本文从高速公路网整体出发,研究高速公路路网容量及提升方法。论文的主要研究内容如下:首先,基于现有的路网容量研究理论,对路网容量的分类进行了系统的梳理,按不同的原则划分为不同的类型,并根据本文研究目标提出高速公路路网容量的概念,同时界定了本论文研究的主要内容。然后根据高速公路的特性,对影响高速公路路网容量的关键因素进行了全面的分析。其次,基于先前学者路网容量研究模型方法,根据高速公路网的特点,改进了相关路网容量模型测算方法,构建适合高速公路路网容量测算模型方法,并确定了影响高速公路路网容量测算的修正系数。再次,以陕西省高速公路网基础设施及交通流数据,利用时空消耗法测算分析了陕西省高速公路路网容量,并将其与节假日免费通行期的交通流量作对比,分析目前高速公路网规模条件下陕西省高速公路交通供给与需求状况。最后,从交通管控的角度出发提出了四种提高高速公路路网容量的关键方法,主要有高速公路关键节点路网容量提升方法、高速公路交通控制及诱导系统方法、高速公路主线可变限速控制方法以及高速公路入口匝道控制方法,并对每种方法的应用原理及方法进行了详细的分析,以期能够保证高速公路网内交通流比较稳定,减少或改善交通拥堵现象,最大化高速公路利用效率,从而实现提高高速公路路网容量的目的。
[Abstract]:Since the expressway was built in our country in 1988, it has made important contribution to the rapid development of social economy in our country. By 2013, the mileage of expressway in our country has reached 104,400 kilometers, and the expressway network has covered most provinces and cities of our country. It has become an important link for the development of transportation and social economy in our country, and the highway network structure has gradually formed. With its unique technical and economic advantages, the expressway has won the favor of the vast number of traffic travelers. At the same time, with the rapid development of the automobile industry, the traffic demand of expressway in China is growing rapidly. The capacity of some sections of the highway network can no longer meet the existing demand, especially during the holidays. In order to ensure the convenient, efficient and safe operation of the expressway, this paper starts from the whole expressway network. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, based on the existing theory of highway network capacity research, the classification of highway network capacity is systematically sorted out and divided into different types according to different principles. According to the research objectives of this paper, the concept of highway network capacity is put forward, and the main content of this paper is defined. Then according to the characteristics of expressway, The key factors affecting the capacity of highway network are comprehensively analyzed. Secondly, based on the previous research model of highway network capacity, according to the characteristics of highway network, the related network capacity model calculation method is improved. The method of calculating the capacity of highway network is constructed, and the correction coefficient which affects the capacity of highway network is determined. Thirdly, based on the data of infrastructure and traffic flow of highway network in Shaanxi Province, The highway network capacity of Shaanxi Province is calculated and analyzed by using space-time consumption method, and compared with the traffic flow during the free traffic period during holidays. This paper analyzes the traffic supply and demand of expressway in Shaanxi Province under the condition of highway network scale. Finally, four key methods to improve the capacity of highway network are put forward from the point of view of traffic control. There are several methods to improve the network capacity of the key nodes of the expressway, the method of expressway traffic control and guidance system, the main line variable speed limit control method of expressway and the method of freeway on-ramp control. The application principle and method of each method are analyzed in detail in order to ensure the steady traffic flow in the expressway network, reduce or improve the traffic congestion, and maximize the efficiency of expressway utilization. In order to achieve the purpose of improving highway network capacity.
