流盘法测定TML适用性研究及误差分析

【摘要】:船舶作为国际贸易最重要的运输载体,对经济的发展起着至关重要的作用,散装固体货物也占据了船舶所运输货物中相当大的比例,然而近些年来船舶载运散装固体货物安全事故频发造成了巨大的损失。如何采取更有效的措施遏制事故的发生,除了在船舶航行过程中加强安全管理和货物流态化监测之外,货物装船前流动水分点和适运水分限的测定也相当重要,实验方法的选择、实验过程中误差出现的原因及如何更合理有效地减小误差以提高散装固体货物运输的安全性都是值得研究的问题。本文针对IMSBC规则中提出的流盘实验测定适运水分极限的特点结合散装固体货物的实际检测现状,分析流盘试验过程中货物流态化的影响因素,指出货物粒度和黏性可以作为流盘试验适用性研究的切入点。从货物粒度角度结合相关规则列举了适用流盘试验的货物种类;从黏性角度研究了货物的黏性大小并通过搓条试验判断货物塑性大小,从而进一步判断货物黏性的强弱,进而列举了流盘试验的黏性角度的适用对象。本文在研究了流盘适用性的基础上,根据流盘实验原理结合相关的误差理论分析方法,本文逐步分析了实验过程中导致误差产生的原因,并将相应的影响因素进行分类分析,指出流盘试验过程中不同类别误差的处理措施及相应的数据处理方法,根据狄克松准则鉴别实验过程中产生的粗大误差并予以剔除,在实验次数有限的基础上,利用最小二乘法原理最大程度的降低随机误差对实验结果的影响,以便得到更精确的适运水分极限。从而达到从源头上发现问题,杜绝货物在运输过程中流态化现象的发生,防患于未然,同时对货物检验机构及相关从业人员给予理论指导。
[Abstract]:As the most important carrier of international trade, ship plays a vital role in the development of economy, and bulk solid cargo also occupies a large proportion of the cargo carried by ships. However, in recent years, the frequent accidents of ship carrying solid cargo in bulk have caused great losses. How to take more effective measures to curb the accidents, besides strengthening the safety management and cargo fluidization monitoring during the course of ship navigation, It is also very important to determine the point of flow moisture and the limit of suitable moisture before loading. The selection of experimental methods is also very important. The causes of errors in the experiment and how to reduce the errors more reasonably and effectively to improve the safety of bulk solid cargo transportation are worthy of study. This paper aims at the flow tray experiment proposed in IMSBC rules for the determination of water fit for transport. The characteristics of sub-limit combined with the actual detection status of bulk solid goods, This paper analyzes the factors affecting the fluidization of goods in the process of flow disk test, and points out that the grain size and viscosity of goods can be used as the entry point for the study of the applicability of the flow disc test. The types of goods applicable to the flow disk test are listed from the point of view of the grain size of the goods combined with the relevant rules. The viscosity of the goods is studied from the point of view of viscosity, and the plastic size of the goods is judged by the twisting strip test, so as to further judge the strength of the viscosity of the goods. Based on the research of the applicability of the flow disk, the paper combines the relative error theory analysis method with the principle of the flow disk experiment, and then enumerates the applicable objects of the viscous angle of the flow disk test. In this paper, the causes of the errors in the experiment are analyzed step by step, and the corresponding influencing factors are classified and analyzed. The processing measures of different kinds of errors and the corresponding data processing methods are pointed out. According to the Dickson criterion, the coarse errors produced in the experiment are identified and eliminated. On the basis of the limited number of experiments, the least square method is used to minimize the influence of random errors on the experimental results. In order to obtain a more accurate limit of water content, so as to find problems from the source, prevent the occurrence of fluidization of goods in the transportation process, and give theoretical guidance to the inspection agencies and related practitioners.
