路面冷铣刨机电控系统的研究与应用

【摘要】:本文从国内外铣刨机电控系统的现状及存在的问题入手,结合徐工XM220冷铣刨机项目,分析铣刨机控制系统的组成与各部分功能。文章采用一个电比例变量泵+四个液控比例变量马达的形式,泵和马达排量无级调节,实现行走速度无级可调,能够最大限度满足施工速度需求。对风扇冷却控制系统进行研究,风扇的转速由发动机水温、液压油温、中冷温等实现闭环控制,使系统一直处于比较理想的状态下工作。为实现防打滑控制,在行走泵和行走马达之间设置一个四路分流阀,利用分流控制阀切换分流阀的三个工位(自由轮、粗分和精分),实现四履带之间的同步驱动和防滑。对铣刨机电控系统的核心技术——行走系统和转子系统功率自适应控制重点研究,针对轻载和重载两种情况,通过调节发动机转速及发动机油门开度,满足在极端恶劣工况下,对发动机功率合理的分配利用。本文在不改变现有手动操作方式的前提下,采用无线遥控系统对铣刨机在0—200米的距离内进行遥控,以达到无人驾驶完成铣刨路面作业的目的,提高铣刨作业的工作效率、自动化水平和可操作性,充分发挥整机的作业性能。最后给出了冷铣刨机控制系统的硬件、软件设计框架及部分控制程序。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the current situation and existing problems of the electric control system of milling machine at home and abroad, and combines the project of Xugong XM220 cold milling planer. This paper analyzes the composition and functions of the control system of milling machine. The paper adopts the form of four hydraulic proportional variable motors with one electric proportional variable pump, the displacement of pump and motor is adjusted stepless, and the walking speed is stepless and adjustable. The fan cooling control system is studied. The fan speed is controlled by the engine water temperature, hydraulic oil temperature, intercooling temperature and so on. In order to realize the anti-skid control, a four-way shunt valve is set up between the walking pump and the walking motor, and the three stations of the shunt valve (free wheel) are switched by using the shunt control valve. In order to realize synchronous drive and anti-skid between four tracks, the main technology of the electric control system of milling machine, walking system and rotor system power adaptive control, is studied, aiming at two situations of light load and heavy load. By adjusting engine speed and engine throttle opening degree, the engine power can be reasonably distributed and utilized under extremely bad working conditions. The wireless remote control system is used to control the milling machine within a distance of 0-200 meters, so as to achieve the goal of self-driving, improve the working efficiency, automation level and maneuverability of the milling planer. Finally, the hardware and software design framework and some control programs of the control system of cold milling planer are given.
