重载铁路连续梁挂篮悬臂施工受力分析与控制

【摘要】:重载铁路,是指行驶的列车总重大,行驶货车轴重大或行车密度及运量特大的铁路,我国重载铁路运输自20世纪80年代开始发展,虽然起步较晚,但发展十分迅速。本论文根据"上跨博莱高速公路特大桥" 1-(48m+80m+48m)双线连续箱梁的挂篮悬臂施工为研究背景,通过利用MIDAS软件及相关力学理论,并对其施工过程受力进行计算和验算,其中:通过挂篮的总体结构、挂篮的材料及允许应力、主要技术指标及计算荷载、计算工况、结构计算及计算结果及挂篮试拼加载试验对挂篮进行受力分析与施工控制;通过0号段受力分析、边跨直线段受力分析及支架预压对0号段和边跨直线段进行受力分析与施工控制;通过边跨合拢段锁定、中跨合拢段锁定、合拢段施工工艺及预应力摩阻损失测试对合拢段进行受力分析与施工控制。本论文在挂篮受力分析与施工控制方面,得出挂篮的材料及允许应力、挂篮施工满足其强度、刚度和稳定性的允许范围,以及挂篮试拼加载的试验结果;在0号段和边跨直线段受力分析与施工控制方面,得出0号段及边跨直线段施工满足其强度、刚度和稳定性的允许范围,以及支架预压的试验结果;在合拢段受力分析与施工控制方面,得出边跨合拢段锁定和中跨合拢段锁定的允许范围,以及预应力摩阻损失测试的试验结果。
[Abstract]:Heavy haul railway is a kind of railway with heavy train running, heavy axle running or heavy traffic density and volume. Heavy haul railway has been developed since 1980s in China, although it started relatively late. But the development is very rapid. Based on the cantilever construction of double line continuous box girder of "Super Bridge of Bole Expressway" (1-48m 80m 48m), this paper makes use of MIDAS software and relevant mechanics theory. And the stress of the construction process is calculated and checked, including: the overall structure of the hanging basket, the material and allowable stress of the hanging basket, the main technical indexes and the calculation load, and the calculation work condition, The structure calculation and calculation results and test loading test of hanging basket are carried out to analyze the force and control the construction of the hanging basket, and through the force analysis of section 0, Force analysis of side span straight section and support preloading force analysis and construction control to 0 section and edge span straight line section, locking through side span closing section, middle span closing segment locking, In this paper, the material and allowable stress of hanging basket are obtained in the aspects of force analysis and construction control, and the strength of hanging basket construction is satisfied. The allowable range of stiffness and stability, as well as the test results of trial loading of hanging basket, in the aspects of force analysis and construction control of section 0 and side span straight section, it is obtained that the construction of section 0 and straight section of edge span satisfies its strength. The allowable range of stiffness and stability, as well as the test results of support preloading, as well as the allowable range of locking of side span closure segment and middle span closure segment in the aspects of force analysis and construction control of closing section, And the test results of prestress friction loss test.
