ETC停车收费商业模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,消费者支付方式已逐步由传统的现金转向移动APP智能支付。尤其在腾讯、阿里巴巴、新浪等主流网络媒体各自全力打造以互联网为载体的新一代移动支付平台之后,便捷的移动APP出现使得网上消费已然成为消费者的首选。在这种刺激下早已安于现状的传统服务行业不得不转型并加入智能APP支付的拉锯战中。传统停车业务的收费模式多已被各种新型的停车收费模式所取代,比如车牌识别、二维码支付等等。但这些新型的停车收费模式都有一个共同的不足之处:改造成本偏高而且未能与相似的资源进行有效的、低成本的资源整合。本文就此将高速公路ETC收费系统与商业、住宅小区停车业务进行资源整合、构建。从中国民生银行、车主、联合电子、停车场管理方、合作商家等角度分析应该如何整合资源产生1+1+1+1+15的效应。在研究过程中采用深度访谈、资料分析等方法,着重探索国内外停车收费商业模式的异同点,研究如何根据现有的条件改造整合各方资源构建多方共赢的商业模式;如何促使停车场管理方、联合电子、中国民生银行在提升自己综合竞争力的同时,优化组织架构、整合内外部资源。最后得出较为合适的资源整合商业模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, consumer payment has gradually shifted from traditional cash to mobile APP smart payment. Especially after Tencent, Alibaba, Sina and other mainstream online media have made every effort to build a new generation of mobile payment platforms with the Internet as their carrier, The advent of convenient mobile APP has made online consumption the first choice for consumers. Under this stimulus, the traditional service industry, which has long been satisfied with the status quo, has had to transform and join the seesaw war of intelligent APP payment. Most of the toll modes have been replaced by various new parking modes. For example, license plate recognition, QR code payment, etc., but these new parking fee models all have a common drawback: the cost of renovation is high and they are not effective with similar resources. In this paper, the highway ETC toll system and commercial, residential parking business resources integration, construction. From China Minsheng Bank, car owners, United electronics, parking management, This paper analyzes how to integrate the resources to produce the effect of 111115. In the course of the research, the methods of in-depth interview and data analysis are used to explore the similarities and differences of the commercial modes of parking charges at home and abroad. How to reform and integrate all kinds of resources according to the existing conditions to build a win-win business model; how to promote parking lot management, United Electronics, Minsheng Bank of China, while improving their comprehensive competitiveness, while optimizing the organizational structure, Integration of internal and external resources.
