公路长大隧道智能化监控与交通安全措施研究

【摘要】:近年来,高速公路隧道内的交通事故时有发生,给人民群众的便捷安全出行带来了极大的影响,隧道的运营管理和交通安全引起了交通管理者、研究人员和社会人士的广泛关注。目前,国内外关于公路长大隧道的交通安全研究大多集中在通风、照明、消防、监测和事故救援等应用方面,没有对智能化监控与交通安全措施进行综合分析及系统研究。随着科学技术的发展,将数据通信、电子控制、传感感应等这些科学技术综合应用于隧道运行管理和行车安全整治之中,这是提升隧道运营管理的高效举措。本文对长大隧道的自身特征及事故发生的原因进行了分析,系统研究了影响隧道运营安全的不利因素,结合先进科学技术,对隧道的智能化监控及交通安全措施进行了深入研究,为提升公路长大隧道的行车安全提供技术支持,为运营单位提供了可行性建议。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)通过分析隧道的建造结构、交通情况、环境条件和运营管理等要素,给出一种长大隧道智能化监控系统的总体布设方案,并对运行检测与导向控制、计算机网路、电视监视、照明控制、消防报警、通风控制等子系统进行了设计,进而提出一种基于分布式I/O的隧道PLC集中控制方案。(2)为有效提升公路长大隧道的运营管理水平,从隧道的初始设计及通车运营后两个方面分析,研究了隧道安全运营的具体措施。一是重视交通安全设施、火灾预防、紧急救援的设计,二是加强宣传教育,以及制定完备的交通法则、驾驶员行为方式和易燃易爆物品运输等运营管理措施。(3)以沪陕高速西商段秦岭隧道为安全治理实例,展示了智能化监控与交通安全措施的系统应用,并分析了秦岭隧道自通车运营以来交通事故的成因,列举了交通安全整治措施。实际应用结果表明,智能化监控系统和交通安全措施的完善使隧道交通事故大大降低,隧道交通安全整治取得了一定的成效。
[Abstract]:In recent years, traffic accidents occur frequently in highway tunnels, which bring great influence to the convenient and safe travel of the people. The operation management and traffic safety of the tunnels cause traffic managers. At present, most of the research on the traffic safety of long and long road tunnels at home and abroad is focused on ventilation, lighting, fire protection, monitoring and accident rescue and other applications. There is no comprehensive analysis and systematic research on intelligent monitoring and traffic safety measures. With the development of science and technology, data communication, electronic control, These science and technology, such as sensing induction, are used in tunnel operation management and traffic safety regulation, which is an efficient measure to improve tunnel operation management. This paper analyzes the characteristics of long and long tunnels and the causes of accidents. This paper systematically studies the unfavorable factors that affect the safety of tunnel operation, combining with advanced science and technology, makes a deep study on the intelligent monitoring and traffic safety measures of the tunnel, and provides technical support for improving the driving safety of the long and long highway tunnels. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) by analyzing the construction structure, traffic conditions, environmental conditions and operation management of the tunnel, This paper presents a general layout scheme of intelligent monitoring system for long and long tunnels, and designs subsystems such as operation detection and guidance control, computer network, television monitoring, lighting control, fire alarm, ventilation control and so on. Furthermore, a distributed I / O based centralized control scheme of tunnel PLC is proposed to effectively improve the operation and management level of highway long tunnel. It is analyzed from two aspects: the initial design of the tunnel and the operation of the tunnel after opening to traffic. The concrete measures for the safe operation of tunnels are studied. One is to pay attention to the design of traffic safety facilities, fire prevention and emergency rescue, the other is to strengthen publicity and education, and to formulate complete traffic rules. Taking Qinling Tunnel of Hu-Shan Expressway as an example of safety management, it shows the system application of intelligent monitoring and traffic safety measures. This paper also analyzes the causes of traffic accidents in Qinling Tunnel since its opening to traffic, and enumerates the traffic safety treatment measures. The practical application results show that the improvement of intelligent monitoring system and traffic safety measures has greatly reduced the traffic accidents in the tunnels. Tunnel traffic safety regulation has achieved certain results.
