PBL加劲肋对钢管混凝土拱肋受压节点受力性能的影响分析

【摘要】:由于钢管与混凝土之间的黏结力非常有限,极易在节点处产生钢管与混凝土界面滑移即脱黏,严重降低拱肋的承载能力。在钢管混凝土拱肋内置PBL加劲肋可提高节点处钢管与混凝土界面黏结力,增强钢管混凝土协同工作能力。该文以某钢管混凝土拱桥为例,对拱肋节点进行了非线性分析,探讨了PBL加劲肋对节点破坏形式、极限承载力、钢管的应力分布等力学性能的影响。结果表明:内置PBL加劲肋可增强钢管与混凝土界面黏结力,便于使拱上立柱产生的水平力由钢管和混凝土共同承担,有效提高了节点承载力。内置PBL加劲肋是对钢管混凝土拱肋节点的一种有效改进形式。
[Abstract]:Because the bond force between steel tube and concrete is very limited, it is easy to produce slippage of the interface between steel tube and concrete at the joint, that is, debonding. The bearing capacity of arch rib is seriously reduced. PBL stiffening rib built in concrete filled steel tube arch rib can increase the interface bond force between steel tube and concrete and enhance the cooperative working ability of concrete filled steel tube. A concrete filled steel tube arch bridge is taken as an example in this paper. The nonlinear analysis of arch ribbed joints is carried out, and the effects of PBL stiffeners on the mechanical properties of joints such as failure form, ultimate bearing capacity and stress distribution of steel pipe are discussed. The results show that the interfacial bond force between steel tube and concrete can be enhanced by adding PBL stiffener. It is convenient to make the horizontal force generated by the column on the arch bear the joint bearing capacity of steel tube and concrete and effectively improve the bearing capacity of the joint. The PBL stiffener is an effective improvement form for the arch rib joint of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST).
