钢板桩围堰施工优化设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国城镇化进程的加快和经济的高速发展,越来越多高效、便捷、环保的建筑工法逐渐得到工程界的认可,钢板桩咬合形成墙因具有强度高、抗渗性好、施工便捷、可重复使用、成本低等优点在防洪断流、桥墩围堰、抗洪抢险等临时构筑物中得到了广泛的应用。钢板桩围堰是桥梁基础承台施工过程中重要的支护结构,关于钢板桩围堰安全稳定性分析的研究也取得了很好的成果,形成了比较成熟的分析方法。本文在收集整理国内外研究资料的基础上,归纳总结了钢板桩围堰的计算方法,比较分析了传统计算方法中的自由支承法、等值梁法、弹性曲线法、竖向弹性地基梁法和有限元计算方法,并介绍了有限元分析的原理。介绍了常用的各向同性的材料的本构模型,并结合有限元分析软件介绍了莫尔—库伦模型中的相关参数。以白云潭大桥2#桥墩钢板桩围堰为工程背景,介绍了有限元计算的流程,利用有限元计算的结果分析了该钢板桩围堰的强度和变形,并提出了方便施工的优化设计方案:运用有限元分析软件对钢板桩围堰的施工过程进行模拟,计算在各工况下的钢板桩的应力和应变,在满足钢板桩和内支撑稳定性要求的前提下,调整围堰内支撑布置方案,可以在方便施工的同时保证桥梁承台的施工质量。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of economy in China, more and more efficient, convenient and environmentally friendly construction methods have been gradually recognized by the engineering community. The wall formed by steel plate and pile occlusion has high strength, good impermeability and convenient construction. The advantages of reusability and low cost have been widely used in temporary structures such as flood control, pier cofferdam, flood prevention and rescue, etc. Steel plate pile cofferdam is an important supporting structure in the construction of bridge foundation cap. The research on the safety and stability analysis of steel plate pile cofferdam has also achieved good results, and a more mature analysis method has been formed. On the basis of collecting and arranging the domestic and foreign research data, this paper summarizes the calculation methods of steel plate pile cofferdam. The free support method, equivalent beam method, elastic curve method, vertical elastic foundation beam method and finite element method are compared and analyzed. The principle of finite element analysis is introduced, and the constitutive model of isotropic materials is introduced. The related parameters of Mohr-Coulomb model are introduced with the finite element analysis software. Taking Baiyuntan Bridge pier steel plate pile cofferdam as the engineering background, the finite element calculation process is introduced. The strength and deformation of the steel plate pile cofferdam are analyzed by using the result of finite element calculation, and the optimal design scheme is put forward: the construction process of the steel plate pile cofferdam is simulated by using the finite element analysis software. The stress and strain of steel plate pile under various working conditions can be calculated and the construction quality of bridge cap can be guaranteed by adjusting the layout of inner support of cofferdam on the premise of satisfying the requirements of stability of steel plate pile and internal support.
