基于黏附理论的TLA中灰分填料改性作用定量分析

【摘要】:为了研究湖沥青中灰分的改性机理与改性效果,分析了沥青及集料的表界面参数、沥青胶浆体系的黏附功以及高温车辙因子等几个影响因素。得出以下结果:粉体的比表面积与其粒径成负相关的趋势;粉体的表面能参数和粉体沥青胶浆的黏附功都随粉体粒径的减小而减小;在粉胶比相同的条件下,沥青胶浆体系中粉体的黏附功与比表面积是相关的。在此基础上,得出结论:用比黏附功来评价沥青胶浆体系的比黏附功更加科学;湖沥青中灰分对基质沥青的改性作用相对比较复杂,已探知的改性机理主要是通过其较大的比表面积、较高的比黏附功来实现的,同时该部分的改性作用约占灰分对基质沥青改性作用的15%,另外85%的改性作用的机理尚待深入研究。
[Abstract]:In order to study the modification mechanism and effect of ash in lake asphalt, the surface interface parameters of asphalt and aggregate were analyzed. The following results are obtained: the specific surface area of the powder is negatively correlated with its particle size; The surface energy parameters of the powder and the adhesion work of the powder asphalt paste decrease with the decrease of the particle size, and the adhesion work of the powder in the asphalt slurry system is related to the specific surface area when the powder / binder ratio is the same. It is concluded that it is more scientific to evaluate the specific adhesion work of asphalt slurry system by specific adhesion work, and the modification effect of ash in lake asphalt on matrix asphalt is relatively complex, and the mechanism of modified asphalt is mainly through its large specific surface area. At the same time, the modification of this part accounts for about 15% of the modified effect of ash on the matrix asphalt, and the mechanism of the other 85% of the modification still needs to be further studied.
