超前地质预报在西成客专大秦岭隧道的综合应用研究

【摘要】:在客运专线高风险隧道群开挖过程中,利用超前地质预报技术提高信息化水平和进行风险控制是主流趋势。就整条铁路线路而言,隧道施工建设的安全进度对于铁路的提前通车时间起着决定性的作用,对国家大铁路网的连接建设也有重要意义。采用地质超前预报技术可以及时探测到隧道开挖工作面围岩前方岩体工程水文地质条件的异常,做到提前采取工程措施,处理好不良地质灾害。本文通过现场隧道围岩的地质素描、野外探测数据采集、基础理论分析和数学模型综合模拟等方法,结合西成铁路客运专线隧道群的隧道工程地质条件,参照隧道开挖时围岩岩体的工程水文地质变化情况,利用超前探测方法做了一点深入的研究。本文的主要研究内容和成果如下:1.着重探讨了TSP (Tunnel Seismic Prediction)法的理论基础、设备的组成部分、工作原理、野外数据采集过程和内业软件解译,对地质雷达(Ground Penetration Radar, GPR)法预报系统的构成和工作方式做了大致介绍。根据现场实践经验,本文论述了根据初始详勘资料利用TSP和GPR等探测技术进行综合地质超前预报的工作方式。2.以西成客运专线隧道群大秦岭隧道为研究对象,进行了比较详细的地质调查资料和隧道地质灾害分析,认真研究了大秦岭隧道水文地质条件,论述了开挖过程中经常遇到的不良地质灾害。3.应用模糊数学基本理论和方法,根据隧道围岩开挖过程中围岩岩爆分级特征与相应评判指标间的“模糊性”关系,分析研究了岩爆危险等级模糊信息分类系统,进行隧道施工围岩岩爆可能发生的的风险等级评估。
[Abstract]:In the excavation process of high risk tunnel group of passenger dedicated line, it is the mainstream trend to use advanced geological forecast technology to improve information level and carry out risk control. As far as the whole railway line is concerned, The safe progress of tunnel construction plays a decisive role in the early opening time of railway. It is also of great significance to the connection construction of national large railway network. By using geological advanced forecast technology, the abnormal hydrogeological conditions of rock mass engineering in front of the surrounding rock of tunnel excavation face can be detected in time, and the engineering measures can be taken ahead of time. Through geological sketch of surrounding rock, data collection of field exploration, basic theory analysis and comprehensive simulation of mathematical model, this paper combines the geological conditions of tunnel group of Xicheng railway passenger dedicated line with the geological conditions of tunnel group of Xicheng railway passenger dedicated line. Referring to the engineering hydrogeological changes of surrounding rock mass during tunnel excavation, this paper makes a deep study by using advanced detection method. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1. The theoretical basis of TSP tunnel Seismic prediction method is discussed emphatically. The composition, working principle, field data acquisition process and software interpretation of the equipment are introduced in this paper. The structure and working mode of ground Penetration radar prediction system are introduced. Based on the initial detailed prospecting data, this paper describes the working mode of comprehensive geological advance prediction using TSP and GPR detection techniques. 2. The study object is the Great Qinling Tunnel, a group of tunnels in the west of the passenger dedicated Line. The detailed geological survey data and tunnel geological hazard analysis are carried out, the hydrogeological conditions of Daqinling tunnel are studied, and the bad geological hazards. 3. The basic theory and method of fuzzy mathematics are discussed. According to the "fuzziness" relation between the classification characteristics of rock burst and the corresponding evaluation indexes during the excavation of tunnel surrounding rock, the fuzzy information classification system of rock burst hazard grade is analyzed and studied. To evaluate the risk of rock burst in tunnel construction.
