煤矸石粉与传统填料沥青混凝土力学性能和环境影响的对比研究

【摘要】:由于自然资源日益枯竭,各行各业对于废物利用的需求显著增长。煤矸石是在煤的开采、加工过程中产生的副产品,其在自然环境中的累积引起了一系列经济和环境问题。为了研究煤矸石粉在道路工程中的适用性,通过马歇尔稳定度、间接拉伸强度、水稳定性、回弹模量和耐疲劳性能试验,对煤矸石粉热拌沥青混凝土与石灰石粉、沸石粉和普通硅酸盐水泥等传统填料热拌沥青混凝土进行力学性能对比。结果表明:与石灰石粉和沸石粉相比,煤矸石粉尤其是煤矸石灰作为填料改善了热拌沥青混凝土的力学性能,而煤矸石灰沥青混凝土和普通硅酸盐水泥沥青混凝土有几乎相同的力学性能。另外,采用毒性特征浸出程序(TCLP)来评价煤矸石粉沥青混凝土对环境的影响,结果表明:不同试验样品的重金属浓度在很大程度上小于标准值。因此将煤矸石粉作为填料应用在热拌沥青混凝土中不仅可以获得优良的力学性能,而且还可以有效减少煤矸石对环境的污染。
[Abstract]:Because of the natural resources, the needs of all walks of life for the utilization of waste coal gangue is increased significantly. In coal mining, a by-product produced in the processing process, the accumulation in the natural environment caused a series of economic and environmental issues. In order to study the applicability of coal gangue in road engineering, by Marshall stability, indirect tensile strength, water stability, modulus of resilience and resistance to fatigue test of coal gangue powder hot mix asphalt concrete and limestone powder, compared the mechanical properties of zeolite powder and ordinary portland cement and other traditional packing hot mix asphalt concrete. The results showed that: compared with lime powder and zeolite powder, coal gangue powder especially coal gangue lime as filler to improve the mechanical properties of hot mix asphalt concrete, coal gangue and asphalt concrete and Portland cement asphalt concrete have almost the same mechanical properties. In addition, the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) results show that to evaluate the impact of coal gangue asphalt concrete on the environment: the concentration of heavy metals in different samples are largely less than the standard value. So the coal gangue powder as filler used in hot mix asphalt concrete can not only obtain excellent mechanical properties, but also can effectively reduce the environmental pollution of coal gangue.
