多源信息融合技术在钢结构斜拉桥状态评估中的应用研究

【摘要】:为确保大跨径斜拉桥的安全性、适用性和耐久性,对其建立科学合理的评估体系是十分必要和紧迫的。目前,斜拉桥的评估来源于以人工检查为主的桥梁养护管理系统和以传感器监测为主的桥梁长期监测系统,而它们都有各自的弊端,难以独立成为桥梁状态评估的理想数据源。鉴于此,本文将多源信息融合的方法用于钢结构斜拉桥的状态评估中,综合筛选、整合两大系统得到的数据及信息,以期获得更具一致性、可靠性的评估结果,为桥梁运营管理提供更为科学合理的养护方案及决策依据。本文的主要研究内容如下:(1)斜拉桥信息融合模型研究。为描述评估系统中各组件的功能、相互关系以及数据流向,本文融合养护管理系统和长期监测系统的数据信息,对斜拉桥状态评估系统中的信息融合功能模型和体系结构做相应的设计,然后对信息融合与评估的关联性进行对应解释,最后归纳了目前钢结构斜拉桥中两类数据源的现状,为后续的数据融合与评估奠定基础。(2)数据的多源融合方法研究。针对桥梁长期监测系统中的海量待处理数据,提出数据的自校融合、互校融合方法,并形成一种带反馈机制的监测数据处理流程,以实例验证融合方法的实用性。通过有限元模型修正和考虑分布统计方法的环境荷载剔除,对数据进行特征抽取,以得到评估基准值。用索力和挠度的实例说明方法的可行性。(3)数据融合后的进一步应用研究。给出了三种应用范例,第一种用于温度作用类型的验证,以某桥为例,分析其不同温度作用;第二种应用于监测数据的温度效应分析,分析了某桥的索力和挠度的温度效应;第三种应用于挠度预警,基于选定监测数据的一定保证率建立桥梁跨中挠度预警线,以某桥2008年雪灾前后状况和交通量增长情况两个示例进行检验。(4)确定指标体系和相应评定标准。根据一定的指标选取原则和层次架构方式,建立钢结构斜拉桥指标体系。检测指标的评定标准分成三类:定性指标,定量指标以及序列指标。对于定性指标,提出考虑细化维度的描述,基于统计的量化评定方法;对于定量指标,采用基于规范的线段模型,并提出多源检测项的融合方法,包括二维融合,合并以及增补参数等;对于序列指标,采用基于灰色关联度法的综合评估。(5)基于层次分析法的斜拉桥状态评估方法研究。根据一定准则选择合适的标度,权重的确定采用基于模糊聚类的群组权重计算方法;基于现行公路桥梁技术状况评定标准,通过改进的单个构件得分计算方法和新的构件数量划分方法,得到一种基于层次分析法的改进评估方法。考虑到传统加权计算方式易掩盖子指标之间评分差异大的状况,引入可信度概念,建立了基于证据融合的桥梁多指标综合评估模型。以某桥的定期检查结果为例,验证两个方法的适用性。(6)开发了斜拉桥综合评估软件系统。数据库采用MYSQL,网络模式为B/S架构方式,它是一个集数据库管理、数据处理、检查监测、综合评估、病害诊断、维修管理、打印与帮助等多种功能为一体的综合性桥梁养护管理系统。以三座斜拉桥的八年检查记录为算例,验证评估方法和软件运行的正确性。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety of long-span cable-stayed bridges, applicability and durability, establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of it is very necessary and urgent. At present, the cable-stayed bridge assessment from the bridge maintenance management system based on artificial inspection and monitoring based on sensor bridge long-term monitoring system, and they are have their own shortcomings, to become independent ideal data source bridge condition assessment. In view of this, the method of multi-source information fusion for condition assessment of steel cable-stayed bridge, a comprehensive screening, data and information integration of the two systems, in order to obtain more consistency, reliability evaluation results for bridge management and maintenance scheme to provide more scientific and reasonable decision-making basis. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) research on fusion model of cable-stayed bridge. (2) research on data fusion of multi source. (4) to determine the index system and the corresponding evaluation criteria. According to the selection principle and architecture a certain index, build steel cable-stayed bridge. The index system of evaluation indexes are divided into three types: qualitative index, quantitative index and index sequence. To periodically check the results of a bridge as an example, verify the applicability of two methods. (6) the development of cable-stayed bridge comprehensive evaluation software system.
