面向节能减排的车辆检测站网点布局优化方法研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的加快,机动车保有量大幅增加,交通能耗在社会总能耗中所占的比例越来越大。在全球能源危机和环境污染日益严重的今天,如何有效地降低车辆在行驶过程中的燃油消耗量以及CO2排放量,建设节能减排、可持续发展的现代化城市交通环境,成为了学者们重点研究的课题。同时,机动车保有量的增加,使汽车检测用户的数量也大大增加,这为汽车检测行业带来了更大的发展空间,但是现有车辆检测站能力不足的问题也随之显现出来。因此有必要对汽车检测站的建设及规划问题进行研究,这不仅是满足汽车检测用户客观的需求,也是在节能减排的前提下对城市服务设施进行合理化建设。在广泛阅读国内外文献的基础上,介绍了设施选址问题的发展历程,明确了检测站的定义和任务。对影响选址的主要因素进行分析,包括汽车保有量、城市总体规划、经济因素、交通状况以及现有设施状况等。基于对影响因素的分析,分析出检测站选址应该遵循的主要原则,并确定选址的步骤。构建检测站选址的确定性优化模型,提出建模的假设条件,并对模型的主要参数进行定义。考虑社会环境和汽车检测企业的综合情况,提出面向“节能减排”的低碳性目标,构建以低能耗为目标的能效模型。同时考虑到交通运输业的高排放现状,构建带有CO2排放约束的能效模型。另外,由于实际选址过程中不确定性因素的影响,所以引入检测需求作为随机变量,并根据选址地区的区域约束、碳排放约束和检测站的能力约束构建选址的随机规划模型。分别设计相应的算法对模型进行求解分析。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the number of motor vehicles has increased dramatically, and the proportion of traffic energy consumption in the total energy consumption of society is increasing. Today, with the global energy crisis and environmental pollution becoming more and more serious, How to effectively reduce vehicle fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, build a modern urban traffic environment of energy saving and emission reduction, sustainable development, has become the focus of research. At the same time, With the increase of vehicle ownership, the number of vehicle testing users has also increased greatly, which has brought greater development space to the automotive testing industry. However, the problem of the insufficient capacity of the existing vehicle inspection station also appears. Therefore, it is necessary to study the construction and planning of the vehicle inspection station, which is not only to meet the objective needs of the vehicle detection users. On the basis of extensive reading of the literature at home and abroad, this paper introduces the development course of the facility location problem. The definition and task of the station are defined, and the main factors affecting the location are analyzed, including vehicle ownership, urban master plan, economic factors, traffic conditions and existing facilities, etc. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors, The main principles that should be followed are analyzed, and the steps of site selection are determined. The deterministic optimization model of site selection is constructed, and the hypothetical conditions of modeling are put forward. And the main parameters of the model are defined. Considering the comprehensive situation of the social environment and the automobile testing enterprises, the low-carbon target of "energy saving and emission reduction" is proposed. Energy efficiency model with low energy consumption is constructed. Considering the current situation of high emission in transportation industry, energy efficiency model with CO2 emission constraints is constructed. Therefore, the random programming model of location selection is constructed according to the regional constraints, carbon emission constraints and the capacity constraints of the detection stations, and the corresponding algorithms are designed to solve the model.
