【摘要】:发展智能交通系统的根本目的是为交通参与者(用户)提供更便捷的交通服务。智能交通系统是实现西部欠发达地区绿色交通系统的技术支撑、是充分利用交通基础设施的有效保障、是提高交通安全水平和交通服务水平的可靠方法。要推动西部欠发达地区智能交通系统的快速和可持续发展,要建立起以计算机技术为核心的现代交通管理新体制,就必须研究西部欠发达地区智能交通系统构架,为政府管理部门制定本地区ITS规划、智能交通系统标准规范以及设计具体内容等提供基础依据。智能交通系统体系构架是对智能交通系统所包括的各应用系统应该具备的功能、各元素之间的互连关系和集成方式的总体概述,是指导智能交通系统构建标准结构的基本构架。构建西部欠发达地区智能交通系统构架必须要以成熟的理论方法作为指导,从而确保西部欠发达地区智能交通系统构架的逻辑清晰性、完整性、效率性。文章第一部分首先对智能交通系统体系构架的概念、组成、开发方法、作用等基本内容做了简要阐述,在整理归纳大量文献资料的基础上,分析介绍了美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家和国内对智能交通系统体系构架研究的主要内容,并对国际上最新的架构设计方法简要的进行了介绍说明;其次总结了当前国内外关于智能交通系统构架研究存在的主要结症。第二部分从用户服务、逻辑架构、物理架构和应用系统四个方面介绍了国家ITS构架的主要内容并对未来10年交通运输行业智能交通发展战略做了简要概述,国家ITS体系构架的研究成果为地区智能交通系统体系构架的研究提供了有力依据;紧接着归纳总结了地区智能交通系统体系构架的基本概念、地位、作用以及与国家构架的关系;从分析方法和开发步骤两方面对比介绍了面向过程的、面向对象的和基于国家构架的三种地区ITS体系构架开发方法,并确定采用基于国家构架的开发方法从整体上指导西部欠发达地区智能交通系统体系构架的开发。第三部分分析了西部欠发达地区智能交通系统构架研究的思路与方法,结合云存储、物联网等新技术发展,构建了更具先进性、全面性、扩展性的西部欠发达地区ITS体系构架,将其分为交通数据采集层、信息支撑层、数据信息中心层和实际应用层。总结了西部欠发达地区ITS系统发展的若干问题。最后将提到的西部欠发达地区ITS体系构架与架构设计的理念方法、系统技术架构、系统逻辑架构、系统信息流程应用到甘南州智能交通管理系统的实际设计工作中,验证了该设计方法的可操作性和实用性。并对规划设计的甘南州智能交通集成指挥平台、交通违法信息接入系统、交通电视监视系统、交通诱导等应用系统从功能和网络结构两方面进行了分析介绍。
[Abstract]:The basic purpose of developing intelligent transportation system is to provide more convenient transportation service for traffic participants (users). Intelligent transportation system is the technical support to realize green transportation system in underdeveloped areas of western China. It is an effective guarantee for making full use of traffic infrastructure and a reliable way to improve traffic safety and traffic service level. It is necessary to promote the rapid and sustainable development of intelligent transportation systems in underdeveloped areas of the western region. In order to establish a new modern traffic management system with computer technology as the core, it is necessary to study the framework of the intelligent transportation system in the underdeveloped areas of the western region, and formulate the ITS plan for the local government administration department. The intelligent transportation system standard specification and the design concrete content and so on provides the foundation basis. The intelligent transportation system architecture is the function which should have to each application system which the intelligent transportation system includes, The general overview of the interconnection and integration among the elements is the basic framework to guide the intelligent transportation system to construct the standard structure, and the mature theory and method must be used as the guidance to construct the structure of the intelligent transportation system in the underdeveloped areas of the west. In order to ensure the logical clarity, integrality and efficiency of the intelligent transportation system architecture in the underdeveloped areas of the west, the first part of the paper first introduces the concept, composition and development method of the intelligent transportation system architecture. On the basis of summarizing a large number of documents and materials, this paper analyzes and introduces the main contents of the research on the intelligent transportation system architecture in the developed countries such as the United States, the European Union, Japan, and so on. It also briefly introduces the latest architecture design methods in the world. Secondly, it summarizes the main problems existing in the research of intelligent transportation system architecture at home and abroad. This paper introduces the main contents of the national ITS framework from four aspects of physical architecture and application system, and gives a brief overview of the development strategy of intelligent transportation in the transportation industry in the next 10 years. The research results of the national ITS architecture provide a powerful basis for the research of the regional intelligent transportation system architecture, and then summarize the basic concepts and status of the regional intelligent transportation system architecture. This paper introduces three kinds of regional ITS architecture development methods, which are process oriented, object oriented and national framework, from the aspects of analysis method and development steps. It is decided that the development method based on the national framework should be adopted to guide the development of the intelligent transportation system architecture in the underdeveloped areas of western China. The third part analyzes the ideas and methods of the research on the framework of the intelligent transportation system in the underdeveloped areas of the west. Combined with the development of cloud storage, Internet of things and other new technologies, a more advanced, comprehensive and extensible ITS architecture in the underdeveloped western region is constructed, which is divided into traffic data collection layer and information support layer. Data information center layer and practical application layer. Some problems about the development of ITS system in the underdeveloped area of western China are summarized. Finally, the concept and method of ITS architecture and architecture design in the underdeveloped western region, the technical framework of the system, are discussed. The logic architecture and information flow of the system are applied to the practical design of the intelligent traffic management system in Gannan state, and the feasibility and practicability of the design method are verified. Traffic violation information access system, traffic TV monitoring system, traffic guidance system and other application systems are analyzed and introduced in terms of function and network structure.
