自动化集装箱码头作业效率评估研究

【摘要】:码头作业自动化、智能化已经成为港口未来转型升级的必然趋势,衡量集装箱码头核心竞争力的主要指标是码头作业效率。随着国内多个港口的自动化集装箱码头相继投入运营,迫切需要评估集装箱码头转型升级带来的码头作业效率变化以及进一步改进完善码头自动化。开展远海自动化集装箱码头作业效率评估对我国乃至全球的集装箱码头自动化的建设发展具有重要意义。本文首先根据集装箱码头自动化相关理论,研究分析了自动化码头和传统码头的特点,开展了自动化集装箱码头作业效率的研究;其次,根据集装箱码头作业特点从泊位效率、装卸效率、堆场效率、闸口效率等四个维度进行综合分析,建立了四个一级指标,十八个二级指标的自动化集装箱码头作业效率评估指标体系;再次,为评估厦门港远海自动化集装箱码头作业效率,通过实地调研和调查问卷发放获得评估指标体系各项指标的权重;最后,应用基于AHP的模糊综合评价法开展了厦门港远海自动化集装箱码头作业效率的评估研究,经计算获得远海自动化集装箱码头作业效率评估结果。本文通过自动化集装箱码头作业效率评估指标体系和模糊综合评价法的建立,并以厦门港远海自动化集装箱码头为例开展了码头作业的效率评估,验证了评估指标体系和模糊综合评价法,用数据表明全球首个第四代自动化集装箱码头的投产运行,极大地提高了码头作业效率,并取得了显著的经济效益。同时,根据远海自动化集装箱码头运行的实际情况,查找出影响码头作业效率的潜在问题,并提出了改进的建议。
[Abstract]:Terminal operation automation and intelligence has become the inevitable trend of port transformation and upgrading in the future. The main index to measure the core competitiveness of container terminals is the efficiency of terminal operation. With the operation of automated container terminals in many domestic ports one after another, It is urgent to evaluate the efficiency change of container terminal operation caused by the transformation and upgrading of container terminal and to further improve and improve the terminal automation. Evaluation of operational efficiency of Offshore Automated Container Terminal for containers in China and the whole World. The development of terminal automation is of great significance. Firstly, according to the theory of container terminal automation, The characteristics of the automatic terminal and the traditional terminal are analyzed and the operational efficiency of the automated container terminal is studied. Secondly, according to the operational characteristics of the container terminal, the efficiency of berth, loading and unloading, and the efficiency of the yard are analyzed. Through comprehensive analysis of four dimensions such as gate efficiency, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for the operational efficiency of automated container terminals with four first-grade indicators and eighteen second-level indicators. Thirdly, in order to evaluate the operational efficiency of Xiamen's offshore automated container terminals, The weights of each index of the evaluation index system are obtained through field investigation and questionnaire distribution. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP is applied to evaluate the operational efficiency of Xiamen Offshore Automated Container Terminal. The evaluation results of the operational efficiency of the automated container terminal in the far sea are obtained by calculation. The evaluation index system of the operational efficiency of the automated container terminal and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are established in this paper. The efficiency evaluation of the terminal operation has been carried out with the example of Xiamen Offshore automatic Container Terminal. The evaluation index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method have been verified. The data show that the first fourth generation automated container terminal in the world has been put into operation. The efficiency of terminal operation has been greatly improved, and remarkable economic benefits have been obtained. At the same time, according to the actual conditions of the operation of the container terminal in the far sea, the potential problems affecting the efficiency of the terminal operation have been found out, and suggestions for improvement have been put forward.
