基于模糊随机规划的公路工程多目标均衡优化研究

【摘要】:近几年来,我国对公路工程建设项目的投入大幅度增加,表明国家对公路项目的重视程度大幅度提升。前人对工程项目的研究主要是工期优化,成本优化或工期和成本综合优化的单目标优化类型。而近些年来,学者们将质量考虑进工程项目目标优化中,形成了三大目标的综合优化。为了使项目的管理者在工程实施过程中能够合理安排工序的持续时间,论文运用不同于传统多目标优化的方法,将公路工程优化放置于更符合实际的模糊随机环境下,运用模糊随机规划,依次建立公路工程的工期优化模型、工期-成本-质量均衡优化模型,从单目标优化过渡到多目标优化,并设计了相应的混合智能算法求解模型。论文的主要内容如下:首先,对模糊随机环境下公路工程的工期进行优化,旨在建立合理的工期优化模型,利用设计好的混合智能算法求出最佳的工序持续时间改变量。在这一部分,用三角模糊随机变量代表工序在未受项目管理者影响时的正常持续时间,用决策变量表示工序在受到项目管理者影响时持续时间的改变量。以工期为目标函数,成本为约束条件,利用模糊随机规划理论建立了工期优化的期望值模型、机会约束规划模型和相关机会规划模型,并设计了模糊随机模拟和遗传算法相结合的混合智能算法求解模型。其次,对模糊随机环境下公路工程的工期、成本和质量进行均衡优化,目的是建立合理的多目标均衡优化模型,并利用设计好的混合智能算法求出较优的工序赶工时间。在这一部分,三角模糊随机变量同样代表工序在未受项目管理者影响时的正常持续时间,决策变量表示工序的赶工时间。根据项目实际管理情况,结合给定的假设条件,得出工程的工期函数,总成本函数和总质量函数,从而利用模糊随机规划理论建立相关模型,并借助遗传多目标优化方法,运用基于Pareto排序的适值分配方法,设计出模糊随机模拟和遗传算法相结合的混合智能算法来求解模型。最后,给出算例1,分别建立公路工程在模糊随机环境下工期优化的三类模型。运用混合智能算法进行求解,得到工序持续时间的改变量,计算出相应的工程工期,从而验证了所建模型的合理性和有效性。给出算例2,分别建立公路工程在模糊随机环境下的多目标均衡优化的三类模型。运用混合智能算法进行求解,得到工序赶工时间的Pareto解集,计算出工程的工期、成本和质量,从而验证所建模型的合理性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the investment in highway construction projects in China has increased greatly, which indicates that the state attaches great importance to highway projects.Previous researches on engineering projects are mainly focused on time optimization, cost optimization or single objective optimization.In recent years, the quality has been taken into account in the optimization of project objectives, forming the comprehensive optimization of three goals.In order to make the project manager arrange the duration of working procedure reasonably in the process of project implementation, different from the traditional multi-objective optimization method, the highway engineering optimization is placed in a more realistic fuzzy random environment.By using fuzzy stochastic programming, the optimization model of highway engineering duration, the optimization model of time-cost and quality equilibrium are established in turn, and the transition from single-objective optimization to multi-objective optimization is achieved. The corresponding hybrid intelligent algorithm is designed to solve the model.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the paper optimizes the duration of highway engineering under fuzzy random environment, aiming at establishing a reasonable model of duration optimization, and using the designed hybrid intelligent algorithm to find out the best process duration change quantity.In this part, triangular fuzzy random variables are used to represent the normal duration of the process when it is not affected by the project manager, and the decision variable is used to represent the change amount of the process duration when the process is affected by the project manager.With time limit as objective function and cost as constraint condition, the expected value model, chance constrained programming model and related opportunity programming model of duration optimization are established by using fuzzy stochastic programming theory.A hybrid intelligent algorithm model combining fuzzy stochastic simulation and genetic algorithm is designed.Secondly, the construction period, cost and quality of highway engineering under fuzzy random environment are balanced and optimized. The purpose is to establish a reasonable multi-objective equilibrium optimization model, and to use the designed hybrid intelligent algorithm to find out the better working procedure rush time.In this part, triangular fuzzy random variables also represent the normal duration of the process without the influence of the project manager, and the decision variables represent the working time of the process.According to the actual management of the project, combined with the given assumptions, the project duration function, total cost function and total quality function are obtained, and the relevant models are established by using the fuzzy stochastic programming theory, and the genetic multi-objective optimization method is used.A hybrid intelligent algorithm combining fuzzy random simulation and genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model by using the adaptive value allocation method based on Pareto ranking.Finally, an example is given to establish three kinds of models of highway engineering duration optimization under fuzzy random environment.Using the hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve the problem, the change of the process duration is obtained, and the corresponding project duration is calculated, which verifies the rationality and validity of the model.In this paper, three kinds of models for multi-objective equilibrium optimization of highway engineering in fuzzy random environment are established.The Pareto solution set of the working procedure rush time is obtained by using the hybrid intelligent algorithm, and the time limit, cost and quality of the project are calculated, and the rationality and validity of the model are verified.
