变截面移动模架施工线形控制研究

【摘要】:移动模架施工法在我国研究已较为成熟,但主要是针对等截面连续梁桥,针对变截面连续梁桥应用移动模架施工法的研究较少。论文阐述了移动模架施工法的发展历史及应用现状,并介绍了移动模架分类及各种移动模架适用条件,对移动模架构造及作用做了详细说明。针对变截面箱梁移动模架施工法预拱度设置,梁体截面变化对移动模架产生的荷载效应鲜有研究,本文依托秀涂互通主线桥工程,应用有限元软件Midas/Civil建立移动模架在变截面箱梁浇筑工况下的模型,采用先计算移动模架与变截面连续梁接触面柔度系数从而推导出刚度值的方法,计算出变截面连续梁作用在移动模架上的荷载,将该集中力以均布荷载的形式施加于移动模架模型上,从而计算出移动模架在混凝土浇筑工况下的变形情况。最后将计算结果与预压实测结果相对比,以验证计算结果的正确性。该计算方法可为今后变截面移动模架的研究提供计算思路。在结果处理过程中采用了统计分析软件1st Opt,对混凝土浇筑工况下移动模架的竖向位移进行数据分析,以研究移动模架纵向及横向线形变化规律,为施工过程中预拱度的设置提供参考。近些年来,我国连续梁桥的计算方法多以有限元法为基础,如正装分析法,倒装分析法,无应力状态计算法。本文以两跨连续梁为例,研究分别在节点荷载作用和非节点荷载作用下的有限元分析基本思路,总结了有限元计算方法的基本步骤。
[Abstract]:The construction method of moving formwork frame is mature in our country, but it is mainly aimed at the continuous beam bridge with equal section, but the research on the construction method of moving mould frame for the continuous beam bridge with variable cross section is less.This paper expounds the development history and application status of the construction method of moving die frame, and introduces the classification of mobile mould frame and the applicable conditions of various moving die frame, and explains in detail the construction and function of moving die frame.In view of the pre-arch setting of the construction method of variable section box girder moving mould frame and the research of load effect caused by the change of beam section on moving die frame, this paper relies on the main line bridge project of Xiutu interworking.The finite element software Midas/Civil is used to establish the model of moving die frame under the condition of variable cross section box girder construction. The method of calculating the flexibility coefficient of contact surface between moving die frame and variable section continuous beam is adopted to derive the stiffness value.The load of continuous beam with variable cross section acting on the moving die frame is calculated, and the concentrated force is applied to the moving die frame model in the form of uniform load, and the deformation of the moving die frame under concrete pouring condition is calculated.Finally, the calculated results are compared with the measured results of preloading to verify the correctness of the calculation results.The calculation method can be used for the research of variable cross section moving die frame in the future.In the process of processing the results, a statistical analysis software 1st Opt is used to analyze the vertical displacement of the moving die frame under the concrete pouring condition, in order to study the variation law of the longitudinal and horizontal linear shape of the moving die frame.It provides a reference for the setting of pre-arch in construction process.In recent years, the calculation methods of continuous beam bridges in China are based on the finite element method, such as dress analysis, inversion analysis, non-stress state calculation.In this paper, a two-span continuous beam is taken as an example to study the basic ideas of finite element analysis under nodal load and non-nodal load respectively, and the basic steps of finite element method are summarized.
