浙江交通气象站优化布局的层次分析法和模糊熵应用

【摘要】:根据灾害性天气的特点及其对高速公路的影响,应用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)确定气象因子对高速公路影响的权重,并用模糊熵对权重进行修正,在此基础上将高速公路受灾害性天气影响的程度进行排序,从而应用于高速公路气象监测站的选址布局。对杭金衢高速公路进行实例分析,结果表明:该综合评价模型简单易用,可有效判断出不同路段受灾害性天气影响的差异性,得到的评价结果和高速封道的信息大体一致,可为交通气象监测站的建设和布局提供科学的量化参考依据,制定合理的决策方案。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of disastrous weather and its influence on expressway, Analytic Hierarchy process Analysis (AHP) is used to determine the weight of meteorological factors on expressway, and the weight is modified by fuzzy entropy.On this basis, the degree of the highway affected by the disastrous weather is sorted, and then applied to the location and layout of the expressway meteorological monitoring station.The example analysis of Hangjin-qu expressway shows that the comprehensive evaluation model is simple and easy to use, and it can effectively judge the difference of different sections affected by disastrous weather, and the evaluation results are generally consistent with the information of high-speed road closure.It can provide a scientific quantitative reference for the construction and layout of traffic and meteorological monitoring station, and make a reasonable decision plan.
