生态型透水沥青路面结构设计与性能研究

【摘要】:目前,我国大多数的城市道路、公共广场等的铺面设计均采用与“自然协调发展、生态良性循环”理念相违背的不透水型密级配混凝土和石板材铺装结构,这种路面铺装的大面积使用会对城市生态环境造成负面影响。生态型透水路面结构特点不同于普通路面,能够调节大气湿度,具有良好的环保生态效益。因此,本文对生态透水沥青路面材料组成进行研究并对其结构组合进行设计,主要研究内容包含以下几部分:(1)对我国透水路面应用状况进行全面调查,查明透水路面实体工程的配比组成以及相关性能指标,参考现有规范对原材料的技术要求,提出新的更加科学合理的原材料技术指标要求,为透水路面材料组成设计提供参考依据。(2)提出基于降雨强度的透水路面设计分级标准,研究不同降雨条件时透水路面所需空隙率及路面设计要点,并进行透水沥青混合料配合比设计。(3)对透水路面相关规范进行系统调查,提出透水路面路用性能评价指标建议值,系统研究不同空隙率的级配对透水沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律,为透水路面的实际工程应用奠定基础。(4)针对目前常用的透水沥青路面结构型式,建立力学分析模型对透水沥青路面结构组合方案进行分析评价,提出基于荷载应力综合响应的透水沥青路面结构优化组合,为透水沥青路面结构组合设计奠定基础。(5)通过生态透水沥青路面实体工程的实施,建立透水沥青路面弯沉、抗滑性能、透水性能及平整度为主的施工质量检测体系,为透水路面在天津乃至全国范围的推广应用提供技术借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the pavement design of most urban roads and public squares in our country adopts impermeable dense graded concrete and stone slab pavement structure, which is contrary to the concept of "harmonious development of nature and benign cycle of ecology".The extensive use of this pavement will have a negative impact on the urban ecological environment.The structure characteristics of ecological permeable pavement are different from those of common pavement, which can adjust air humidity and have good environmental protection ecological benefit.Therefore, this paper studies the composition of ecological permeable asphalt pavement materials and designs its structure combination. The main research contents include the following parts: 1) the application of permeable asphalt pavement in China is investigated comprehensively.To find out the proportion composition and related performance indexes of the solid engineering of permeable pavement, and refer to the technical requirements of raw materials of existing specifications, put forward new and more scientific and reasonable technical requirements of raw materials,This paper provides a reference basis for the material composition design of permeable pavement. (2) A classification standard for the design of permeable pavement based on rainfall intensity is put forward, and the voids required by the permeable pavement under different rainfall conditions and the key points of pavement design are studied.A systematic investigation on the relevant specifications of permeable pavement is carried out, and the suggested value of evaluation index of permeable pavement performance is put forward, and the mixture ratio design of permeable asphalt mixture is carried out.The influence of gradation of different voids on pavement performance of permeable asphalt mixture is systematically studied, which lays a foundation for practical engineering application of permeable asphalt pavement.A mechanical analysis model is established to analyze and evaluate the structure combination scheme of permeable asphalt pavement, and the optimal combination of permeable asphalt pavement structure based on the comprehensive response of load and stress is proposed.Laying a foundation for the structural combination design of permeable asphalt pavement. (5) through the implementation of the entity engineering of ecological permeable asphalt pavement, a construction quality inspection system with deflection, skid resistance, water permeability and smoothness of permeable asphalt pavement is established.It provides technical reference for the popularization and application of permeable pavement in Tianjin and even all over the country.
