洋坞尖软岩隧道监控量测及收敛—约束法在施工中的应用研究

【摘要】:当前针对软岩隧道设计、施工存在开挖和支护的问题,能否很好的解决这一问题是当今研究软岩隧道设计、施工的重心。本文结合洋坞尖软岩隧道的工程地质特征,通过实施现场监控量测,收集围岩与支护结构变形数据,进行回归分析,得出围岩变形曲线;运用有限差分软件FLAC3D数值模拟软弱围岩在不同开挖方式下的围岩变形,并对比分析得出合理开挖方式;采用收敛-约束法理论计算围岩特征曲线和支护特征曲线,提出软弱围岩变形机理,并对其安全评价。本文主要研究内容包括:(1)介绍洋坞尖隧道工程地质情况;阐述监控量测在软岩隧道中的具体实施过程,选取典型断面对其开挖后围岩位移与监测时间的变形曲线进行分析研究,进一步总结围岩变形规律。(2)运用FLAC3D有限差分软件,对软岩隧道采取不同开挖方式(CRD工法、上下台阶法、全断面开挖法)进行施工过程模拟,总结各方法的优劣特点,得出合理的开挖方式。(3)通过收敛-约束法计算并绘制软弱围岩隧道的围岩特征曲线和支护特征曲线;将计算结果与实际监测数据进行对比分析,提出软弱围岩变形机理,并对其安全评价。期望今后遇到与本文类似的隧道工程时,可以给设计、施工、监测单位提供有益的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, there is the problem of excavation and support in the construction of soft rock tunnel, and it is the center of gravity to study the design and construction of soft rock tunnel.Based on the engineering geological characteristics of Yangwujian soft rock tunnel, the deformation curve of surrounding rock is obtained by collecting the deformation data of surrounding rock and supporting structure.The finite difference software FLAC3D is used to simulate the deformation of soft surrounding rock under different excavation modes, and the reasonable excavation method is obtained by comparing and analyzing, and the characteristic curve of surrounding rock and supporting characteristic curve are calculated by using the theory of convergence-constraint method.The deformation mechanism of soft surrounding rock is put forward and its safety is evaluated.The main research contents of this paper include introducing the engineering geology of Yangwujian tunnel, expounding the concrete implementation process of monitoring measurement in soft rock tunnel, selecting typical section to analyze and study the deformation curve of surrounding rock displacement and monitoring time after excavation.Further summarize the law of surrounding rock deformation. 2) use FLAC3D finite difference software to simulate the construction process of soft rock tunnel with different excavation methods, upper and lower step method, full section excavation method, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each method.It is concluded that the reasonable excavation method. (3) the characteristic curve of surrounding rock and supporting characteristic curve of soft surrounding rock tunnel are calculated and drawn by convergence-constraint method, and the deformation mechanism of soft surrounding rock is put forward by comparing the calculated results with the actual monitoring data.And its safety evaluation.It is expected that in the future similar tunnel works will be provided with useful suggestions for the design, construction and monitoring units.
