大跨双层悬索桥猫道结构形变和安全性分析

【摘要】:猫道是悬索桥缆索系统施工过程中的关键操作平台和最重要的高空工作通道,对悬索桥整个上部结构的施工具有重要作用。随着跨径增大,施工猫道的设计和施工精度也会增加。本文以大跨双层悬索桥施工猫道为研究对象,以大连市星海湾跨海大桥为工程依托,在广泛收集工程实例、数据和查阅相关文献、规范的基础上,根据施工猫道图纸,对猫道进行了简化模拟以及各种荷载作用下形变分析;与实际测量控制数据进行对比,并根据实际施工阶段对猫道控制点坐标、主缆线形调整方法进行指导并对测量误差来源简要分析。主要内容如下:(1)在充分研究工程实例的基础上,对悬索桥和猫道的发展历史做了介绍总结,阐述了本文的研究背景和工程背景;(2)结合大连市星海湾跨海大桥的工程实例,对施工猫道基本结构参数及其形式,以及在猫道设计流程中结构建模分析进行了介绍;充分考虑荷载工况和组合以及施工阶段给出了施工猫道主要承重构件的形变位移安全性分析,对确保施工猫道准确线形和结构安全起到重要作用;(3)结合大连市星海湾跨海大桥的工程实例,对现场施工猫道的施工控制进行了简单介绍,主要包括猫道承重索以及猫道门架承重索的线形架设施工控制,以及按照实际施工流程阐述了各阶段的线形计算与调整,确保了星海湾跨海大桥的施工质量,对以后类似工程施工有良好的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Catwalk is the key operating platform and the most important high-altitude working passage in the construction of cable system of suspension bridge, which plays an important role in the construction of the whole superstructure of suspension bridge.As the span increases, the design and construction accuracy of the construction catwalk will also increase.In this paper, the construction catwalk of the long-span double-deck suspension bridge is taken as the research object, and the Xingwan cross-sea bridge in Dalian is taken as the engineering support. On the basis of extensive collection of engineering examples, data and reference to relevant documents, the paper bases on the drawing of the construction catwalk.The simplified simulation and deformation analysis of the catwalk under various loads are carried out, and compared with the actual measured control data, and the coordinates of the control points of the catwalk are compared according to the actual construction stage.The main cable shape adjustment method is directed and the source of measurement error is analyzed briefly.The main contents are as follows: (1) based on the full study of engineering examples, the development history of suspension bridge and catwalk is introduced and summarized, and the research background and engineering background of this paper are expounded.The basic structure parameters and their forms of construction catwalk are introduced, and the structural modeling and analysis in the design process of catwalk are introduced.The safety analysis of deformation and displacement of the main load-bearing members of the catwalk is given in consideration of the load condition, combination and construction stage.This paper briefly introduces the construction control of the construction catwalk in Dalian, in combination with the engineering example of Xinghai Bridge in Dalian, which plays an important role in ensuring the accurate alignment and structural safety of the construction catwalk.It mainly includes the construction control of line erection of catwalk load-bearing cables and catwalk gantry load-bearing cables, as well as the calculation and adjustment of line shapes in various stages according to the actual construction flow, which ensures the construction quality of the Xingwan Sea Crossing Bridge.For similar projects in the future construction has a good reference.
